I found that the function corresponding to "Tile: Windows dragged to left or right edge" and "Maximize: Windows dragged to left or right edge" may be the key reason for this problem When these two options are open, after any window is dragged to the edge of the screen, screen flicker will occur during screen recording and screen capture.
