At the moment the CI capabilities of Gitlab are for testing purposes only and shouldn't be relied on. We do intend to transition to Gitlab CI but that will happen after all the repositories transition to Gitlab. Should I file a ticket somewhere when I want to change something in repo settings or will I get higher permissions at some point? I have noticed that GitLab API for creating tags is not working. It doesn't even work from web interface. Both just give blank errror message and HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request. Is this a bug or intentional?
