Steps: 1) Create an ODP/ODG/ODS file with custom styles. (You may simply create them, or copy some text from Writer to Impress and paste it as RTF, because of bug 37511). 2) Try to delete at once more than one custom style. Result: It isn't possible. If I attempt to install, as a non-admin, the install process removes the working version I had, and then refuses to continue with the final steps of installing. A real inconvenience that could be avoided with either the proper knowledge of rights, or the proper assertion of temp admin rights when I give the correct admin password. As for step-by-step is it so hard to just try to install LibreOff while not being an admin? This seems somewhat counterintuitive, as removing all comments from a document typically implies the document is ready for full-page printing. Would it be possible to add a feature, for example, defaulting to full-page print mode in the absence of comments BUT allowing the user to enable the comment margin even if there are no comments (in case they want to write in their own while editing a document)? Issue of low contrast with Breeze incons over specific backgrounds is likely unfixable short of an arbitrary recoloring of the breeze icon set as Jay mentions. Some of us still prefer that the Start Center icon sets be fixed as a branding issue, but what is likely going to be necessary for that is a new UI control to specify icon set for Start Center separate from the rest of the UI. The addresses were added through the mail merge wizard, but you can add them through Address Book Source if you don't have any. 1. Download https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=109392 2. New Text Document. 3. Tools → Address Book Source. 4. Click on Address Data Source button. 5. In Step 1, select “Other external data source” and Next. 6. Click on Settings button. 7. From drop-down select “Spreadsheet” and Next. 8. Browse to directory and select addresses.ods, Open and Finish. 9. Click on Step 5 and Finish. 10. Click Cancel. 11. Exit application. Result: Crash. If you already have a source then use the drop-down to pick it and then cancel and exit the application. Crash. Removing it from Tools - Options - LibreOffice Base - Databases does not delete it from directory but just the connection to it, I guess. When I export attachment 88384 (bug 71068) to pdf and open it in a viewer I see light parallel lines on red and green areas of the picture. I tried to open it with Evince, Okular, GIMP, ImageMagick and PDFmod on Debian x86_64. The lines are different in different programs and with different scales. The problem appeared in LibreOffice 4.4.0, after bug 71068 was fixed (before it the image was destroyed after export). Program displays window Untitled 1. (2) In the menu for the sidebar, click the icon for Gallery. The program displays tab Gallery with button New Theme...; a list of theme categories with visible entries Arrows (which is selected), Background, Bullets, Computers, Diagrams; and a list titled Arrows. (4) Click the down-arrow in the list of themes. Expected : That the entries should move up, Arrows going off the top of the list and Environment coming in at the bottom. Observed : That the scrolled-in entry Environment is displayed on the top of the word Diagrams. The entry Diagrams also appears in its expected place one position higher in the list. Screenshot attached. (5) Bring some window to the front over the garbled entry. (6) Return focus to Untitled 1. Entry Environment is displayed correctly. (7) Further scrolling produces overlap upon overlap. (8) If you navigate the list of theme categories with up-arrow and down-arrow keystrokes, scrolled-in entries are briefly displayed overlapping the word previously at that place on the screen, but but program quickly corrects the rendering.
