[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 98823] FILEOPEN: 3-pages .docx with table shown incorrect, hangs
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98823 --- Comment #10 from Miklos Vajna --- This is certainly a bug, but in case this started to be more visible with the gridAfter commit, then it was always there, just docx files didn't generate those "after" cells, so it was harder to run into this problem. You could probably craft an ODT file which had the same problem even before the gridAfter DOCX commit. So this is definitely a problem, it is worth to fix, but I would not consider it a regression. Hope this helps. Thanks! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147599 --- Comment #2 from Mike Kaganski --- Created attachment 178627 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=178627=edit Word 2016 "Convert Text to Table" dialog (In reply to nutrientman from comment #0) > Steps to Reproduce: The original steps are not precise. The proposal is to improve the existing Table->Convert->Text to Table function. So here are the steps: 1. Paste the text from #1 of comment 0. 2. Select the pasted text, and open menu Table->Convert->Text to Table. 3. Try to use 'Separate Text At'->'Paragraph', or any other setting, to define that the text should be split to *some number of columns* using paragraphs. In fact, the 'Paragraph' setting makes no difference compared to any other option in the dialog; and the dialog does not provide a way to control resulting number of columns to override automatic conversion. For comparison, the attachment shows how Word's respective function looks like; and you can directly control the number of resulting columns there. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92091 --- Comment #10 from QA Administrators --- Dear Arham Amouei, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! The issue fixed by the first commit is also exhibited by this in slideshow mode, but only there. I made this by following the instructions in the original example doc: insert my favourite tiny test jpg, copy+paste as GDI, then delete the jpg, crop the GDI, make another copy of it and flip the copy vertically, group with the original, then copy - paste the group and flip the copy horizontally. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

I propose to increase the distinction between the construction of a formula and the corresponding computed value display. * I imagine that a formula can be edited by some means (besides the widget which is supported at the moment). * Would a setting be helpful for switching between source modification and another (visual) representation (similar to the existing configuration option for fields)? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147730 --- Comment #1 from Alex Thurgood --- Can't test as SQLite2/3 on macOS has been inaccessible to LO, either by ODBC or directly/JDBC, for many years now. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 147283] [FILEOPEN PPTX] list with custom style is 10 times slower on 1st run
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147283 --- Comment #20 from Caolán McNamara --- I think we can ignore comment #17 as twaddle. Looking at it a little more, the glyph fallback is from "Noto Sans Symbols" for codepoint 0x25aa. That font doesn't have this bullet, fontconfig suggests that we could replace it with "Noto Color Emoji" *but* additionally suggests we apply an extra matrix to skew it. Back in bug #32665 we disabled the cache for "emboldened" and this sort of "fake italic" glyph fallback suggestions. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
