Hi,

I noticed that all extra stuff has do with animation like compiz and so on
take almost 50% of cpu

power if not more..

First you should disable that, then let us know what kind of linux using,
 if you use  Ubuntu then can send

mi lts.conf with some other usefull tips.

 X_COLOR_DEPTH=16
 LDM_DIRECTX=True

 Read the manpage for lts.conf what these are exactly.  Enabling
 LDM_DIRECTX could pose a security threat on networks where packet
 sniffing might be an issue.  On the other hand, if you trust the people
 connected to your LTSP network, you could very well enable it.

 First you should disable that, then let us know what kind of linux
 using,  if you use  Ubuntu then can send

Ubuntu 11.10 + TDE (ex KDE3)

Already done.

Client is AMD Duron 700, ram 512MB. I don't understand why use so much CPU.
Is possible to downgrade Xorg to a precedent version?
