RE: Customer relationship Management software that is accessible with VoiceOver

Hi John,

Yeeah I've used a couple of different service management / crms systems and
although they would probably do the job,
To me they would be to over the top for her.

I’ll have her take a look at this as well. She is doing the research, so she
is calling it CRM software. I don’t have any experience either way, so I’ll
take your word for it.

Thank you for the recommendation.

RE: Customer relationship Management software that is accessible with VoiceOver

2020-06-25 Thread Simon A Fogarty
I'm not sure you are using the correct terminology here,

CRM customer relationship management software is what a call centre would use
for logging incoming / outgoing calls to service teams or customers.

If you are looking for something to log accounts / accounting billing related
information
Then may be look at something like XERO!

But going back to your cRMS question, have your person check out Dynamic 365
CRM,

It's an office 365 or Microsoft 365 package now that is available on ios
devices and through the web on mac computers.

It has gotten better with accessibility but I've not looked at it for about 6
months so it may have improved or gotten worse.

But check it out.

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of a CRM package for the Mac or iOS that is accessible
with VoiceOver. This would be for free lance people who need to schedule
invoices and keep track of their business easily. I have a client looking for
