Hi, I don’t know if this could be why, but do you have the screen recognition feature turned on for PayPal? If it is try turning it off. There is an option under voiceover settings called voiceover recognition. If you go in there you can see if screen recognition is on and if you click on that, it will show you for which apps it’s on. Nope! My PayPal account is just fine and it works fine from the desktop website. It’s only the stupid app on the phone that is so fouled up. Sounds like you need to set up PayPal again. Or log int using your original account. Hi, I have not seen this problem. Did you try swiping up to see if there was a dismiss or close button? I have seen this when opening the YouTube app, A try YouTube without adds offer will appear, and the only way to close it is to swipe up.
