Traci and all,
   I no longer pay any attention to such messages at login. My system 
seems to run just fine after I am logged in.


   I have a suspicion this anomaly is due to timing of events that take 
place during boot up. In other words, these events are not totally in 
sync and VO may be slightly out of sync and speaking events that are 
already done with.


   I see this occasionally when opening or closing apps or doing other 
tasks and I will hear something like "has no window".

Hi all,

I’m late to this discussion and I cannot find all the messages that belong to 
it.  I am also getting these odd empty window messages when I turn on my 
MacBook Air.  Here are a few of them:
LaterAgent has no windows
nbagent has no windows
Location Menu has no windows

I’ve also got the installer progress window.  What do you think is causing this 
behavior?

I have seen similar issues with the log-in screen. Which audio interface 
are you using, the built-in speaker / headphone or an external one? If this 
problem ever occurs again you may want to try changing the audio output. 
Alternatively, you can try to quit VO by pressing CMD+F5, wait for 10 
seconds and then pressing the same key combination again.
I suspect you have a timing issue somewhere in the audio path around 
CoreAudio.

Hi guys. I forgot mention that  that the guy at teh appl store told me if the 
issue persists to do reset all settings and erase all content and restore it 
form my back up that i iwl do. So they wil reinstall Sierra.

Hard to tell, especially if Apple engineers were not able to tell you. 
Probably, you did not let the entire 10.12.to update Ron which also installs a 
couple of Firmware  updates that make the computer more secure. I would let 
this run for 20 to 30 minutes and see if it still occurs

Urgent, urgent Apple Logo appears with a message Installing Progress has not windows sometimes when I turn on My Mac computer!

Hi all! How are  you all? This is an urgent thing that I will  like you guys to 
help me figur out why it occurs or if you guys are having it as well on your 
Mac computers. So after I updated my MacBook Air 11 inches to IOS 10.12.2, when 
I turn on my computer this apple logo  appears  with a message saying 
Installing Progress has no windows, and  I can't go anywhere. When i ask my 
brother h who  is sighted, he says that I have  my user  name and  password 
field,an I call  apple accessibility more than four times and they fix it by 
doing recovery, a force shut down after four tries, and today I perform  VO 
Shift Space bar, and it brought me to my username field and password field. Are 
you   guys experiencing this issue? Just wondering. This began for me on 
Sunday, December 25. I install IOS 10.12.2 on Wednesday, Decmember 21, then
