Yes it does here too, I changed it from high to low to see if I could reproduce, no fat chance. > On 11 Oct 2016, at 14:17, -dan d.wrote: > > > You might try vo+v which brings up a speech control menu. Use the reset option in voiceover utility? If that doesn't work, you could look at permissions of com.apple.VoiceOver4 directory under Preferences under ~/Library Best wishes, Jonathan Cohn > On Oct 10, 2016, at 12:06 PM, Brian Hansenwrote: > > Hi Anne, > > Well, no luck on this end. Hi Anne, Well, no luck on this end. I even tried restoring the VO default settings, and reset the PRAM a second time. Re: VoiceOver Verbosity Problems
Hello Brian, We came across a similar problem of settings not sticking in Sierra this weekend with a student of ours. Reinitialising the PRAM fixed the problem. If you’re not familiar with this procedure, here’s what to do. Shut down your Mac, then hold down the following keys: Command, Option, letter ‘p’ and letter ‘r’. With these four keys held down, press once on the Power button. Keep the four keys held down until you’ve heard the start up chime four times. Your Mac will then boot normally.
