When you are a member of multiple institutions and at least one of them
does not have SmartEvidence selected, you won't be able to use it. Or
more specifically, SmartEvidence use goes according to the setting of
your "first" institution's setting if you are in multiple.

The use or not use of SmartEvidence should work like we have other
multiple institution settings work: If you allow the use of
SmartEvidence in one institution but not others, you can still use it
all the time as you are in one institution that allows SmartEvidence. We
allow for the more permissive use case as we do not create pages in a
specific collection, but just in an account.

To replicate:

1. Set up institution "School" and don't allow SmartEvidence.
2. Set up institution "University" and allow SmartEvidence.
3. Add a user to both institutions.
4. Expected result: The user should be able to set up a SmartEvidence 
collection. Current result: The user can't because the first institution is 
"School" and that doesn't allow SmartEvidence.

  appearing through the menu. Under Groups, 'Find Friends', 'Institution

  page. The text also appears through the Portfolio and Content menus,
  but it does not prevent the sub pages of these menu items from been
  clicked.

  Select2 selector not UI problems

  * Click on > portfolio > page
  * If you don't have created a page yet, create one
  * Under the page title, click on the "Share page" link
  * Click on the "SHARED WITH" select list and choose "Friends"
  * Click on the "Search" select list

  Actual : The profile picture is not positioned correctly (stick on the text 
below it) and we see a horizontal scroll (not enough width, because of the 
negative margin of the image)
  Expected : margin under the profile picture, no horizontal scroll and enough 
width

Bug 1648870: Fix plan tasks list completed icons alignment

- Move style.css file in plan plugintype to sass features folder since
the plugin is part of Mahara core
- Add classes in task related templates for future styling
- Use task-status class to apply some styles that will force task-status
cell to be only as wide as it needs to be
- Remove styles that are not used

  Mahara re-branded and the new logo should be used in all built-in
  themes.

  The logos are available at https://mahara.org/view/view.php?id=133484
  Please use the primary logo (rauiri and text) as site logo and the
  grey "Powered by" for the footer".

  There is the site logo, which should be used unless there is a colored
  background when the white logo should be used.

  Some themes work with the white logo due to their background.

  Please commit as Evonne as these should just be theme changes.

  The Facebook logo is done in bug #1653180

Bug description:
  Mahara re-branded and the new logo should be used in all built-in
  themes.

  The logos are available at https://mahara.org/view/view.php?id=133484
  Please use the primary logo (rauiri and text) as site logo and the
  grey "Powered by" for the footer".

  There is the site logo, which should be used unless there is a colored
  background when the white logo should be used.

  Some themes work with the white logo due to their background.

  Please commit as Evonne as these should just be theme changes.

  The Facebook logo is done in bug #1653180
