  Have a link to the Mahara user manual on a page

Bug description:
  Pages in Mahara should link back to the respective user manual.
  Mostly, the link would sit in the footer of a page, but sometimes it
  would need to sit in a modal, e.g. for the block configuration.

  If a user has a language set for which a manual exists, that language
  version should be displayed.

Bug description:
  In IE the base of the Mahara logo is being hidden

  I believe it is due to the fact that the image has a height of 45px
  but the container it is in is floated and so lacks height.

  I tried adding 60px height to the containing  tag and it looked ok

  Will make a patch so people can test

This would be a bit more complicated that the other create _* functions
in TestingDataGenerator.php as they have a predefined set of values that
can be used (and unlikely to change much over time)

But blocks tend to be plugins with their own sets of config
fields/values and some rely on certain artefacts existing, eg Journal
entry block needs a blogpost artefact.

So we'd need to work out: 
1) what the minimum bits of information we'd need that is generic to every 
block.
2) how to handle the custom fields of every block - and what values to set them 
to by default.
3) do we need to also generate specific underlying artefacts? and if so how to 
handle creating those

We now use chromium driver for behat and we also have "And I insert
breakpoint" option to hold open the behat test.

It doesn't hold open the broken step but is good to add before the
broken step to see what state of site look like. We are also looking at
snapshots so we can have image of browser state when step failed also

Another way this can happen is if older cached dwoo templates are still
available. We now have the ability to clear cache via admin homepage to
sort problems like this

Title:
  update_hierarchy_path in artefacts/lib.php hammers sql when copying
  collections

Bug description:
  A teacher asked 40 students to copy a 15 page collection with numerous
  artefacts on each page, which crippled our mysql server.

  When testing it, even copying the collection once resulted in the web
  server timing out and raised the sql load incredibly.

  The code "update_hierarchy_path" in the artefact/lib.php on line 1423
  runs an sql query as below:

  `$sql = "UPDATE {artefact} SET path = ? || SUBSTR(path, ?) WHERE
  (path = ? OR path LIKE ? )";`

  The artefact table in Mahara does not index the `path` column, so
  whilst updating one artefact is not a major issue, but updating the
  path column for many artefacts hits the database massively.

  Indexing the path column (which is 1024 bytes) may not be a good
  solution long term, but either the query needs to be made more
  efficient or the column indexed.

  Mahara version 17.04_STABLE (updated about a month ago)
  Linux RHEL7
  MYSQL 5.6
  Browser is current chromium Version 61.0.3163.100 (but that is not relevant)

  indexed for elasticsearch but the option 'Multirecipientnotification'
  appears in the list of artefacttypes.

  So the question is should the multirecipient notification table be
  indexed in elastic search?

  If so we will need to do the following:

  1) Add Multirecipientnotification|Notification|Text to the list of
  Artefact types hierarchy

  2) Add a new content-filter for Notification

  3) Add trigger/procedure to the artefact_multirecipient_notification
  so that it gets indexed

- Select Use content from another Note
- Press search button

  We don't get any response.

  The GET request to artefactchooser.json.php returns a ParameterException: 
  Missing parameter 'extradata' and no default supplied

  This is similar to the Bug 1717371 but in that case it was the root user 
trying to fetch institution info (so we could ignore that user) but in this 
case it is an actual user trying to fetch their institution info in the process 
of updating their wallposts to fix any embedded images.

  So we will need to make a more robust fix for this problem

As the error mentioned by mafen is related to this bug but is slightly 
different.
It is caused by the upgrading of the wallpost block data so I'll make a new bug 
report to deal with this issue.

The new bug 1728815 is now made for this

  Upgrade from 15.04 -> 17.10 fails on logoxs not found

Bug description:
  When upgrading from 15.04 -> 17.10 the upgrade process fails at step

 if ($oldversion < 2015082500) {
  // Add a site default portfolio page template
  log_debug('Add a site default portfolio page template');
  ... 
 }

  This is because there is a call to load_user_institutions() which
  expects the 'logoxs' column but that does not exist yet (it is added
  later in the upgrade).

  As upgrade is run by user id = 0 we can ignore the institution check
  for them (they won't have any institutions anyway).
