I wonder if this has to do with App Translocation. To check, when the app is running, open Terminal.app and enter this: pgrep -ifl mailmate And see if you get something like this: 70086 /Applications/MailMate.app/Contents/MacOS/MailMate Note that the 5 digits will be different, but I’m far more interested in the path.
