We were talking about Autocross the other day, and this thing costs $5k plus 
donor car, seats and electrics. It's about as complicated as a VW sand rail.

that sell to police/sheriffs department usually won't sell to individuals who 
are not officers or detectives of various kinds. Amazon doesn't show anything 
but the usual cheap "made in China" items. Galls seems to be unclear about 
pepper spray (oleoresin?).

Malicious prosecution with no intent to secure a conviction?
That's virtually impossible to prove, even when it's true, and in this case I 
think they expected a conviction. 

Some states have laws attempting to shift the cost of prosecution onto the 
convicts. 
In order to be fair, those states should also shift the cost of a successful 
defense onto the prosecutors.

May also be a bad injector?  If you have an injector that is peeing
instead of spraying, bad things happen (hole in prechamber - hole in

Mine was a later one and much less prone to the issues the 2000-2002 models 
had, thankfully. It did have the air suspension, but that’s a known issue and a 
one time fix. The engines are pretty bulletproof but the chassis’ have the 
issues on these.

That coupled with the bland and pedestrian styling makes them less than 
desirable to me.

Checked dipstick. 
Put in another qt. 
Still didn't hit the add mark.

There's a u-toob vid of a self defense guy about using hornet / wasp
spray.  According to the vid, it is not effective.  Not fun, but won't
really stop a bad guy.  Not nearly as effective as real mace / pepper
spray.  He also warns that going cheap on your pepper spray is not smart.
Better quality products are well designed to be easy and accurate out to a
long distance, don't have as much risk that when you spray the perp you
will also disable yourself (mist won't come back onto you and into your
face), and they have a UV tracer that doesn't easily wash off, so cops can
ID the perp more easily.

The lady who was in charge of the truck driving course where I trained
told of an incident where she was driving over the road in her tractor
trailer rig and stopped at a truck stop.

Over the course of the evening, she was bothered by an amorous mail
trucker who would just not leave her alone. She already had used a
ratchet strap between the arm rests on her truck's doors to make sure he
could not get in, but he still would not leave her alson. Finally, after
enduring much harrasing by this fellow, including his getting up on her
truck's steps, she rolled her window down about 3" and sprayed him in the
face with wasp and hornet spray. She had no more problems after that.

On our Kenworth W900 with the Caterpillar 3406E, one of the things
The Shop in Moriarty suggested doing, and which suggestion I approved,
was putting ball valves in the hot water lines for that exact purpose.

My old security cameras that I keep operational do that as well. When a 
lightning strike occurs, I get five stills, with the middle one being the 
strike with everything lit like it was taken with IR black and white film.
