2007 Mercedes-Benz AMG s550
Car runs and drive I still have tags and insurance on it . Does have 
some issues, my mechanic said I need all 4 Cat converts which made the 
plug go bad so the car runs like it needs a tune up when u driving under 
15 /35 mph. I will drive this car anywhere like it is.
I did put some bad gas in that didn't help the car . After market Cats 
at part store are 450$ for the set .One side of cable on Panoramic roof 
is off so it want go back but no leak . Everything else works on the car
Yes the 20in chrome Mercedes-Benz rim plus amg factor rims goes with the 
car . Car needs alignment do to tires , will need a new set very soon . 
Old tint vinyl on head light can be removed, light are good .There is no 
front end work needed, it just have the steering wheel off centered some

A.c and heat works
Paint clear came off in some spots when vehicle wrap was removed

ram me at home depot in a uhaul truck and they couldn't get the tag num 
so I'm stuck with no full coverage insurance , thats why the pice is low

 I went to Sams Club to verify my tires were there and confirm an installation 
appointment for next week.  They said they will check the sensors when they 
install the tires.  They have Schrader EZ Go Sensors (Generic-$40each)) that 
will fit my car if needed.  They will not install customer provided sensors.

I thought the same thing about antifreeze smell if the heater core was
leaking; my wagon heater core has had a leak like that for at least a
decade and it always smells a tiny bit when it first comes on. Gotta be a

When I replaced them in my Volvo I ordered VDO sensors from RockAuto. Got them 
on a closeout so don't know how long they had been on the shelf but so far so 
good. My tire shop was willing to install "customer provided parts", but you 
might want to check with Sam's.

When they fail, you get annoying false alarms about tire pressure, and the best 
time to change them is when you're getting new tires anyway.

the bad is she need a new a/c compressor, a radiator(stopped in the 
winter didn’t care at the time), needs engine mounts, that I have was 
going to do but bought another car Instead , I can fix everything and 
ask for more or you can get a running and driving Mercedes S class for 
the low .

That's Jonathan ("Jono") at Blue Ridge. Great guy, super knowledgeable. Has 
more work than he knows what to do with, a lot of "cost is no object" customers 
who want high performance cars, like Hammers. If there's a conversion to be 
done, he's probably done it or knows whether or not it's feasible.

Ours had a leaky heater hose just off the back of the engine.  It was a bit
swollen, and would only leak sometimes.  P/N 126 832 12 94 for the right
side hose.  (Left is 126 832 28 94.)

The heater doesn't have to be on, the entire coolant system is pressurized
at all times, whether there's flow or not.

Being that it's a facelift car the potential for a bad evaporator is probably 
pretty slim.

I would love to find a really nice facelift S500. They're getting harder and 
harder to find these days. They are wonderful cars.

[MBZ] 2011 Mercedes C300 4Matic Sport - Tire Sensor Replacement Question

 Hi all,
     After much research I decided to install 4 Continental Extreme Contact DWS 
06 Plus tires on my daughter's 2011 Mercedes C300 Sport w/100K.  The tires are 
on order with my local Sam's Club and I will be getting them installed next 
week.  
     Do you think in addition to a wheel alignment I should consider replacing 
the "Tire Pressure Sensors" at the same time?  I read that they have batteries 
with a finite life.
     If so I would appreciate suggestions for a brand, part number, source etc. 
 I see there are different brands and the prices vary greatly.
