Yeah, pretty close - the MB instructions spend time making sure *which* type
of mount to use - with oval or round tube - then it's pretty much unbolt
old, bolt in new. They do suggest following 00-220 but I don't have that
one - it's supposed to be the procedure for tightening the adjustable bolt.
So I'll play it by ear -

You don't need to HAVE 00-220 (it's 00-212) just go to the web sites
that have the manual displayed.

I've never replaced one is a 123, but have in 107, 115, and 124. They
were all dirt simple -
Clean dirt off to find nuts and bolt heads.
Loosen bolts and nuts holding mount to bracket and tranny.
Support tranny with floor jack and 2X4 longer than the tranny is wide.
Remove bracket with loosely held mount.
Remove old mount.
Clean dirt out of bracket.
Attach new mount lossely to bracket.
Install bracket and mount. tighten bolts and nuts.
Remove jack and 2X4.
Check bolts nd nuts.
Done.

 Howdy -
I just rec'd my new transmission mount from Rusty and looked thru the
workshop manual without success for some instructions about installing it.
I suspect it'll be dirt simple but always like to see what the experts say
 before jumping in.

Does anyone know the appropriate job # of the Installation Instructions?
 It's for a '78 240D 123.123.12.050680.
