[MLO] Re: MLO in the car

2016-09-16 Thread Joel Azaria
Dwight,
Pretty sure you're SoL on this one. Android auto seems to *require* the
apps to be written to work with it. I *believe* that the evolution of the
Android API should make this a relatively easy affair but considering the
'resource challenged' nature of MLO dev in general, it might not be on top
of the list. To wit, we haven't so much as *heard *about Android *Wear*
support
and I'd doubt Auto is higher on the prio list than Wear.

Unless there's some kind of an "app wrapper" for Auto that can wrap at
least the widgets (and a quick G search didn't really turn up anything like
that), not sure I'd hold out much hope.

Good luck and share anythign you find.

[MLO] In ipad mlo3 'view panel' disappears.

2016-09-16 Thread Nick Clark
Not sure what you mean by the "View Panel" but if you mean the left pane with
the Inbox at the top, this can be hidden with a left swipe and shown again with
a right swipe. Other that that I don't see the problem on an iPad Mini Retina.

Re: [MLO] Re: How do you specify which inbox receives "Task by email"

2016-09-16 Thread birdv...@gmail.com
As it turns out, the Inbox is the default Inbox and you can't change it.
However, I've found that you can alter it's name. But to be on the safe
side, I wouldn't mess too much with that.

However, for the time being at least, you can definitely move it to
different locations...even to being a sub-item. I have found this to be a
very powerful, undocumented feature and I hope it does't go away. This
allows me to put Inbox, right into the "center of action"

Yes, custom fields are very, VERY powerful.
And would take power use of MLO to whole new level.

Re: [MLO] Re: How do you specify which inbox receives "Task by email"

2016-09-16 Thread Laurence Glazier
You specify the email addresses at this address

https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/StoredFiles.aspx

You can have a different email address for each profile, but if more than one
person is using the account, all the sender email addresses need to be included
for each profile.
