Japri dari teman-teman  yg nyelip di folder JUNK email, ane gak tau
kenapa.., banyak banget, termasuk yg dari milis juga suka nyelonong ke
situ.., so I minta maaf ya kalau tidak terbaca..., I will do my best to

berkode saham TRUB tersebut terus berupaya untuk mengembangkan sayap
bisnisnya dengan berekspansi ke penambangan batu bara mulai tahun 2009 ini.

Tidak hanya ahli dalam melakukan instalasi listrik, perusahaan juga ahli
dalam melakukan pemasangan pipa untuk perusahaan penambangan industri migas.
Proyeknya pun tidak hanya berada di Indonesia, namun juga sampai ke Saudi
Arabia, ungkapnya. Kontribusi pendapatan dari pemasangan pipa ini juga
cukup signifikan terhadap total pendapatan TRUB.

Selain itu, TRUB saat ini berada pada posisi net cash sehingga hal ini
dapat mempermudah realisasi rencana ekspansinya. Dari
pertimbangan-pertimbangan tadi, kami perkirakan TRUB memiliki harga wajar Rp
425 dengan rekomendasi Buy, tegasnya.

pasang order  pada  09:30:02  =  masuk ke sistem  Jam
09:30:20

Ternyata kalau kita pasang order sebelum market dibuka, akan  masuk ke
sistem lebih lambat
saat itu masih pakai HOTS 1

 mohon maaf kalau posting ini OOT , tapi saya sangat penasaran dengan
 kejadian jumat ini... mungkin ada temen temen member etrading yang bisa
 bantu..

 jumat pagi ( sekitar jam 08.00 ) saya melakukan order sell untuk saham BXXX
 di harga 720 dan AXXX diharga 1050 ( karena hari itu memang saya tidak akan
 bisa mantau pasar via komputer). Sore harinya setelah melihat transaksi
 done yang terjadi atas kedua saham tersebut, tidak ada di angka 720 maupun
 1050, namun yang terjadi adalah :
 saham BXXX done di angka 730 dan AXXX di angka 1080... hm.. apakah memang
 demikian yang seharusnya terjadi.?
 yang ada di benak saya adalah: kalau harga kedua saham tersebut turun,
 biarlah terjual sebagai cutloss tetapi kalau harganya naik... ya sudah
 berarti tidak terjual..

 adakah teman teman yang bisa memberikan penjelasan atas kejadian tersebut..

 terima kasih sebelumnya ya.. maaf ya kalo pertanyaannya agak

Harus diperhitungkan juga berapa kurs USD vs Euro, USD vs Yen,
USD vs AUD, USD vs china yuan, USD terhadap mata aung kuat lainnya.
 Kalau USD kerendahan mata uang yg lain naik ketinggian.
Jadi ada nilai wajarnya.
1 USD = Rp 9000 - Rp 10,000,- lebih masuk akal

 financial system, I'm tempted to buy a bank stock.
 See, Mr. Market kicked my butt last year. And I want some revenge.
 What better way than to be contrarian and pick up shares in the most 
 beaten-down, toxic, left-for-dead sector this side of the homebuilders?
 Why not? 
 It's not as if we're still worried that banks are going under. After all, the 
 government has made it clear that the largest banks aren't going anywhere. 
 Those that were already too big to fail only got bigger:
 
 Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) swallowed up Countrywide and Merrill Lynch.
 JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM) grabbed Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual.
 Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) took over Wachovia.
 Any remaining worry that the banking behemoths would be allowed to fail has 
 been eliminated by the second helpings of TARP love for Bank of America and 
 Citigroup ... and possibly more on the way.
 See, too much is at stake. As fellow Fool Richard Gibbons explained, the 
 lending banks provide allows our whole economic system to operate. Without 
 this credit, we wouldn't just be talking about the impending collapse of 
 companies with inherent problems like General Motors (NYSE: GM) and Chrysler 
 -- we'd also be talking about the possible bankruptcies of robust companies 
 like Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) and Procter  Gamble (NYSE: PG).
 And we won't even get into what would happen to credit-dependent medium-sized 
 businesses, mom-and-pop shops, and individuals.
 The banks -- and the banking industry -- will definitely survive.
 But what price survival? 
 So the banks will survive. They must. But -- and this is why temptation 
 hasn't turned to action -- survival doesn't necessarily mean that 
 shareholders will benefit.
 Just ask the people who owned Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and AIG.
 Yes, the government will continue to throw lifelines to the banks, but the 
 implications for the banks and their shareholders are still undetermined. As 
 shown by the new curbs on executive pay at companies receiving TARP funds, 
 the government can and will make the costs of those lifelines increasingly 
 punitive. It's no coincidence that Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) and JPMorgan 
 suddenly want to pay back their TARP money as soon as they can.
 And this may not be the end of it. Recall that the rescue of Bear Stearns 
 last March was supposed to prevent a financial collapse. It didn't -- a year 
 later, we're still groping for a stable plan of action.
 The government has many tools at its disposal -- from the purchase of toxic 
 assets to capital injections all the way on up to complete nationalization. 
 And each of these options could be executed with very favorable or very 
 unfavorable terms for the banks and their common shareholders.
 Think positive? 
 Now, I'm a confirmed optimist, but given the government-intervention wild 
 card, buying banks at this point is more speculation than investing.
 Why? Even discounting government-related uncertainty, to invest in a bank, we 
 must thoroughly understand the balance sheet of that bank.
 And that's virtually impossible in the case of investment banks, especially 
 now. Understanding even one derivatives contract is daunting; properly 
 assessing the risks of a whole portfolio of derivatives contracts jacked up 
 with leverage and swapped back and forth by mis-incentivized traders is more 
 Einstein than Joe Investor.
 Thus, I wouldn't touch shares of Goldman Sachs, despite its status as a 
 finishing school for Treasury Secretaries. And if I wouldn't touch Goldman, I 
 certainly wouldn't touch Morgan Stanley.
 But even when we're talking about banks that have stuck to their commercial 
 banking roots, avoided risky megamergers, and seemed to navigate the subprime 
 debacle well -- like BBT and US Bancorp -- we can't be sure.
 Don't believe that the healthy banks are healthy just because nothing bad 
 has come out yet. We've seen again and again in this crisis that everything 
 is fine until it isn't.
 Talking us off the ledge 
 So I would advise against buying a bank stock unless you have three things: 
 particular insight into bank balance sheets, an unshakable faith in that 
 bankâs management, and comfort speculating on the final form of the 
 government bailout initiatives.
 But I understand why it's tempting. When I see age-old companies with 
 dividend yields hovering around 12.5%, I salivate. In the end, though, I'd 
 rather find attractive yields attached to excellent companies that aren't 
 living and dying at the whim of the government.
 When the average stock is selling for half off, why take the extra risk by 
 buying a bank stock? If you're looking for companies selling at attractive

Why You Should Sell 
I can be just as dumb as anybody else. -- Peter Lynch, September 2008
Peter Lynch earned near-30% annual returns running Fidelity Magellan from 1977 
to 1990. He's sold millions of books, raised millions for charity, and holds 
the rare distinction of having a Motley Fool Global HQ conference room named 
after him.
But in September 2008, Peter Lynch also had the ignominious honor of holding 
both AIG (NYSE: AIG) and Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNM) in his personal portfolio -- as 
they dropped 82% and 76%, respectively, during that month alone.
Ouch.
For those of us who have spent our investing careers trying to match the great 
Peter Lynch … well, if you lost 80% in September, then congratulations -- you 
did it! If you did better than negative 80%, then you beat the great Peter 
Lynch.
Invest like Peter Lynch 
We kid, of course, and we're in no way demeaning Lynch or his illustrious 
career. Rather, we're just pointing out how hard it's been to avoid a flameout 
lately. When the blue-chip SP 500 has dropped some 40% over the course of a 
year, you know it's bad.
And when companies like Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Adobe Systems (Nasdaq: ADBE) drop 
more than 50% in the course of a year -- even though they're historically 
strong operators that appear to have little to do with the crisis on Wall 
Street -- you know it's rough out there for pretty much everyone.
In other words, even if you don't own AIG or Fannie, you probably own a stock 
like AIG or Fannie. We sure do. Brian, for example, has ridden Whole Foods 
Market (Nasdaq: WFMI) from $40 to $12, while Tim has watched pump-maker Colfax 
sink from $20 on down to $10. Ahem.
We are not alone
And while there are many stocks that will recover from this market downturn, 
it's likely we're all continuing to hold stocks that won't. New research, from 
Professors Nicholas Barberis and Wei Xiong of Yale and Princeton Universities, 
gives a name for this tendency. We're exhibiting realization utility.
Realization utility encourages investors to hang on to stocks that have sunk -- 
even when those stocks have dim futures. Here's how they explain it:

The authors consider an additional experimental condition in which the 
experimenter liquidates subjects' holdings and then tells them that they are 
free to reinvest the proceeds in any way they like. If subjects were holding on 
to their losing stocks because they thought that these stocks would rebound, we 
would expect them to re-establish their positions in these losing stocks. In 
fact, subjects do not re-establish these positions.
That's right. If we force-sold all of your stocks and gave you the cash to 
reinvest, would you buy the stocks we had just sold? Odds are, you wouldn't.
So, why would you hold on to stocks that you don't think will recover? We'll 
let the good professors give it to you straight:

Subjects were refusing to sell their losers simply because it would have been 
painful to do so … subjects were relieved when the experimenter intervened and 
did it for them.
Wait a second
But aren't we the guys who pounded the table two years ago about how individual 
investors like us sell winners too early, missing out on life-changing 
multibagger gains to lock in a modest return? Quick trigger fingers aren't 
rewarded, we wrote at the time.
And that's still true. But down markets like this one present an enormous 
long-term opportunity for investors … only so long as you're willing to do some 
selling.
See, when stocks are expensive, we may invest in mediocre stocks because they 
look cheap, while passing on superior operators because they're too expensive. 
Today, however, those superior operators are all down double digits at least.
Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), for example, dropped more than 50% in 2008. Dream stock 
Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) -- given its growth, FCF-generating abilities, 
competitive advantages, and bulletproof balance sheet -- has a P/E in the 
single digits!
In other words, now is the time to upgrade your portfolio.
Why you should sell
You should always sell when you have a better place to put your money -- and 
today, a host of superior companies are on sale. The takeaway, then, is to 
recognize when realization utility may take root, take a sober view of your 
holdings, and take advantage of this down market to upgrade your portfolio. Ten 
years from now, you'll be very glad you did.

shown by the new curbs on executive pay at companies receiving TARP funds, the 
government can and will make the costs of those lifelines increasingly 
punitive. It's no coincidence that Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) and JPMorgan 
suddenly want to pay back their TARP money as soon as they can.
And this may not be the end of it. Recall that the rescue of Bear Stearns last 
March was supposed to prevent a financial collapse. It didn't -- a year later, 
we're still groping for a stable plan of action.
The government has many tools at its disposal -- from the purchase of toxic 
assets to capital injections all the way on up to complete nationalization. And 
each of these options could be executed with very favorable or very unfavorable 
terms for the banks and their common shareholders.
Think positive? 
Now, I'm a confirmed optimist, but given the government-intervention wild card, 
buying banks at this point is more speculation than investing.
Why? Even discounting government-related uncertainty, to invest in a bank, we 
must thoroughly understand the balance sheet of that bank.
And that's virtually impossible in the case of investment banks, especially 
now. Understanding even one derivatives contract is daunting; properly 
assessing the risks of a whole portfolio of derivatives contracts jacked up 
with leverage and swapped back and forth by mis-incentivized traders is more 
Einstein than Joe Investor.
Thus, I wouldn't touch shares of Goldman Sachs, despite its status as a 
finishing school for Treasury Secretaries. And if I wouldn't touch Goldman, I 
certainly wouldn't touch Morgan Stanley.
But even when we're talking about banks that have stuck to their commercial 
banking roots, avoided risky megamergers, and seemed to navigate the subprime 
debacle well -- like BBT and US Bancorp -- we can't be sure.
Don't believe that the healthy banks are healthy just because nothing bad has 
come out yet. We've seen again and again in this crisis that everything is fine 
until it isn't.
Talking us off the ledge 
So I would advise against buying a bank stock unless you have three things: 
particular insight into bank balance sheets, an unshakable faith in that bank’s 
management, and comfort speculating on the final form of the government bailout 
initiatives.
But I understand why it's tempting. When I see age-old companies with dividend 
yields hovering around 12.5%, I salivate. In the end, though, I'd rather find 
attractive yields attached to excellent companies that aren't living and dying 
at the whim of the government.
When the average stock is selling for half off, why take the extra risk by

Kemarin sih normal-noraml aja, ada problem apa ya di komputer saya.
Apa problemnya dari YAHOOGROUPS, Coz kalo di buka dari YAHOO MAIL normal.
Atau mungkin settingannya yg perlu diubah.

bisa lagi pindah buku tanpa lewat BEJ.
jadi harus TS atau crossing. Ngak tau kalau sudah ganti lagi aturannya.

saya juga kurang begitu paham..., nah Mengenai statement saya sebelumnya, itu 
karena Pak Herman Tobing hitungnya TOTAL sejak IPO, mungkin dgn cara melihat 
market info sejak 2007, jika ya, akurasinya perlu diragukan karena pada 2007

Setuju mbanget mbah. Kadang2 BB atau computer suka diintip sama teman, kalau 
terbaca ada tulisan obrolan bandar di mail topik, wah bisa jadi salah 
pengertian, dipikir saya Bandar beneran. Mending kalau masih dikira Bandar 
saham, kalau Bandar Judi atau kata yg negatif lainnya, kan bisa berabe.

Bravo buat mbah yang selalu adaptif dan akomodatif dengan improvement.
