Sorry interrupting, I view next 14 December as a USUAL TRADING DAY. The session II still may prone to profit-taking as these 2 days, market is bullish. If 12, 13 still rally for celebrating Fed Rate Cut up to 0,25, I strongly suggest to be extra careful by 2nd Session. Above all, I believe nothing really matters. Dow is confirmed which indicates bullish both short and long term. Stock market in Europe, China, and Japan are also in positive area. Good evening Om IS, Aimee would speak a bit about this. Uhm, the answer is JKSE is STILL VOLATILE despite global regional bullish momentum. At least, it may last up to the end of December. You know bringing up index from 2400, 2500, 2600, 2700, 2800 is a COSTLY WORK. Big fund managers do this with 'There's no FREE LUNCH' basis. Lots of efforts have been done, including alternating portfolio rebalancing. You know most retail, newbie, long-term investor, day trader, scalpers, swingers, and others only want to see 'uptrending uptrending'. Market makers are there for a reason. Otherwise, market is 'quiet'. You don't need to embrace confusion over this situation. A real market player can take profit in both bullish and bearish. No need to get discouraged. Instead, just see the market for a while until it's secure according to you. In my perspective, you don't even have to do that. BD is not 'that bad' if you understand the time cycle of stock exchange. This is a COMMON situation in emerging market where index mover is yet to be proportionally weighted. I am myself still into it and still gain lots. Nothing to blame. Unless you've lost confidence, take a break for a while and plunge again when market is normally fit again. When? This does not translate that BD is the only one to take profit, but short term trader, too. Dow contagion, BI rate cut, Bush's concern over SPM case will become good factors for JKSE to continue rally. However, bearing in mind: 3-day rally, volatility in both ANTM BUMI, and inclination of profit-taking both BD short-term traders, the 2nd session is worth extra careful attention and alert, esp. swing traders, scalpers, intraday traders. I believe some banking finance, property, and telco stocks will be much prefered, taking advantage of rate cut as well as global regional bullish momentum. This rate cut provides encouragement for banking and property products. In US, cut rate will also trigger investors' confidence in buying money market products, like T-Bill, T-Bond, G Bond or SBI and SUN in INA. Smart business persons will double their power in sales target in both sectors because they believe it by and large increases consumers' spending. I look at JKSE though new high, still insecure. *Windowdressing* can be *'significant profit-taking moment'* seeing that bringing JKSE to 2800 is *COSTLY*. It is still quite possibly to occur. I am seeing the underlying problem within infrastructure condition is NOT THE STATE BUDGET, but in the bureaucracy and coordination with related government. IMAGINE if GOI makes it flexible and cooperative enough with private sectors, esp. experienced foreign investors, the condition of infrastructures and facilities will be fresh and accelarating industrial growth, like coal railway in Balikpapan, Batam-Bintan Bridge, toll road, sea port, plant, and so on. Most foreign investors have a deep concern over this issue. The question remains now is in the hand of GOI. For example, if GOI makes it flexible and cooperative upon the enactment of New Railway Act, provides Derivate Executable Laws, and being open and fair to co-opeartion under PPP scheme basis, wow... infrastructure business will groom. As in Jakarta, property is incongruent with infrastructure. Many office spaces/apartment are vacant while traffic congestion is everywhere. The company is still in due acquisition process for forest concession and glue plant as well as power plant completion. Certainly, it takes relatively longer time to yield. If SULI will focus on plantation and serious on it, 5000 is attainable before midst 2008. In addition, SULI also needs to see what is current market in demand, so that it can harvest much as its other predecessors in plantation. Slowly, US is seriously doing its homework with aids of relevant world powers. OPEC will hold a serious meeting in increasing oil production. Fundamentally, US is not that bad. Most of major companies are still running well. And Indonesia, fundamentally is not bad either, proven from 3rd Q report. Some reliable 'friends' of mine have been doing 'things deemed as necessary' to guard ANTM, esp. for next year. We have declared to celebrate at 8000 by 2008. But, I see BUMI also has a wealthy back up. About Om Ical, the real king. So, no need to argue (check 'the cranberries song') more. Definitely, both will make tactical movement. JKSE is proven resistable 2. Indonesia has no credit related problems 3. Mining agri are rolling again 4. Extra show of ANTM vs BUMI is likely to continue 5. Mr. Jacky, It's different between playing Nikkei HS Index and playing stocks. There's a lot to learn so that you can make precise decision. Different stock different attitude. Depends on the issuer and market maker. Also trend and timing. If you wanna be successful, it's like when you build a house, you must build a strong grounded foundation. So it can buffer the above. But you can do learning by doing. Selectively pick up good growth stocks. Many have been mentioned. If market is bearish, it's a chance to buy and collect for future but choose the best stocks.
