I started to build in my machine and i will try to find the problem. If we not find the problem for first release, we can see for a 3.4.1 for pt-BR. Hi 2012/4/8 Jürgen Schmidt jogischm...@googlemail.com: mmh, strange I have no idea what's going wrong, the localization looks complete. Yes. Anyway, i took a look in localize.sdf file for pt-BR and found some strings in a different column. Did you chek the file struture after the convertion from PO format? The more strange was to see some portuguese (pt-PT) strings in the UI. :-S Which platform do you have tested? Have anybody else noticed a similar problem with other languages? Rob, Per the wiki where Lily proposed the RC build test plan, it will take = 1 week. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+3.4+RC+Build+Test+Plan - Simon 2012/4/5 Rob Weir robw...@apache.org On Thu, Apr 5, 2012 at 9:38 AM, Shenfeng Liu liush...@gmail.com wrote: Juergen, Refering to the emails from Lily and me days early, we think a regression testing against the RC build is necessary. Instead, we should have the voting period be long enough that the regression tests will be done before the vote closes. That way IPMC members can do their release verification in parallel with Lily's final testing. -Rob - Simon 2012/4/5 Rob Weir robw...@apache.org On Thu, Apr 5, 2012 at 9:38 AM, Shenfeng Liu liush...@gmail.com wrote: Juergen, Refering to the emails from Lily and me days early, we think a regression testing against the RC build is necessary. Hi, 2012/4/5 Jürgen Schmidt jogischm...@googlemail.com: Which platform do you use? Windows (XPsp3 x86, 7sp1 x86-64), Linux (x86/x86-64, Slackware/Fedora/Ubuntu) -- wbr, sb
Re: [RELEASE]: propose next build (RC?!) based on r1309668
Rob, I agree, that's why I ask how long the vote will continue. Once RC build is ready, the RC build test will begin, most focus on installation, and some regression testing.
