Re: Perfect Effects 9 Free Download
I downloaded the latest version, though my main picture processing machine is only running a 32bit OS, but I'll probably take a look when the inevitable OS upgrade catches up with me. Looking at the examples provided, it looks like some presets, to get different looks for one's images, some seem quite subtle but a lot are purely over the top. On 2/28/2015 11:00 PM, Daniel J. Re: The brassing will cost you extra.
Thanks Paul. My son and I attended the Porsche World Roadshow last July, held at the Ford Proving Grounds in Romeo. We got to drive all the Porsche vehicles. The Cayman GTS was simply awesome. An extremely responsive, comfortable vehicle. While the Boxster only has 21.5k miles on it I decided I wasn't driving it as much as I'd like to - as you know there's a narrow window of convertible driving in Michigan and I found some summer days were simply to hot for a convertible. I'm hoping the Cayman will extend the driving days for me. Now, I just need to pedal the Boxster. Re: The brassing will cost you extra.
Larry, I got interested in Porsche's in the late 50's - a guy down the street had a Speedster and I was always admiring the simplicity of it - however working at Ford and raising a family I never got around to scratch the itch, so to speak. Almost bought a 911 after my Shelby GT 350 was stolen, but I didn't want my heart broken again. Fast forward to 2005 and the local Porsche dealer invited me to drive a 2005 Boxster - I had first seen the prototype Boxster at the 1997 Detroit Auto show and really liked the car but couldn't get comfortable in it. The 05 was the second generation Boxster with a roomier interior and I wound up ordering and buying the Boxster S version. As I mentioned to Paul, the past summer I got to drive a 2015 Cayman GTS at a proving ground and simply fell in love with it. Something about the relatively small size and the responsiveness of a mid engine car with 340hp. After I ordered the GTS, Porsche announced they were going to offer a Cayman GT4 - with a 380hp 911 engine. which should give most street 911's a spanking. My impressions of my Boxster were that Porsche knows how to make a true driver's car - not a committee car. And, yes Porsches can be expensive - especially if they're loaded up with all the non functional/decorative trim options - do you really want a key fob in the exterior color of your car? My Boxster had none of that and the GTS I ordered was ordered in the same vein. I'm excited - can't wait for the car to be built, shipped and delivered. ...End of rant... Re: Car vs Bike
When my wife was Science Supervisor for a public school system, she had reliable suppliers for lab equipment. The state, however, in an effort to cut costs, negotiated contracts with various companies for lower prices, and required local school districts to buy from these approved sources. My wife ordered a large amount of lab glassware from a approved source, located in China. The glassware seems to have been appropriately manufactured, but it was simply dumped into large cardboard boxes, without any separators or packing materials. Almost all of it arrived in New Jersey as shards of glass. Dan Matyola http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/danieljmatyola On Sun, Mar 1, 2015 at 4:09 PM, P.J. Peso: 50 gray shades
This is the photo I posted earlier.. but there seems to have been a couple of problems and perhaps i was also being too subtle for technical reasons, I changed the style of the gallery 2015 and all that to journal style.. thinking this might display better for people looking at it with one of those damned mobile devices... and might work for someone in particular who couldnt see my smugmug stuff at all. http://annsan.smugmug.com/On-the-Road-or-On-Foot/2015-and-all-that/ Anyway - these are the only 50 Shades of Gray I've seen. The photo is on my facebook timeline too I don't know if I can get away with it as an image on cafe press or the copyright police will keep me from the parody as they did with the got milkweed? design. -- I'll give it a try ann annsan.smugmug.com -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
Re: Peso: 50 gray shades
I was attempting to use my cell, watch TV and relate to my wife and not doing any of it well. I had seen the attachment to this post and was suggesting the same post in color would perhaps work even better as the colors might add to the intensity. I still feel that recropping and straightening the display would help it. I allow that the two (BW and color) are the same. I originally thought otherwise. Re: Perfect Effects 9 Free Download
Thanks for the heads-up, Brian. I grabbed it for later testing. The last time I tried this suite out it messed up (crashes and hangs) both my Photoshop and Lightroom to the extent that I had to reinstall Photoshop to get rid of it. I have been meaning to try it again with a much newer version to see if they fixed that. Needless to say, I approach with trepidation, but it does look useful.
