That photo is also in the calendar "Statuary" which is lot less 
expensive than the book... but I can't afford to

buy either one myself so I understand :-)

No - it could easily take two weeks... and it will come by USPS - you 
can certainly contact them and ask if it has shipped yet ...  You 
ordered only a week ago... they don't get it into production on weekends..
give it at least another 8 or 9 days - but you can always contact them 
and ask when it shipped


also - given where you live, the mail in most of NoCal must be screwed 
up because of the fires, dont you think?
