Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: ShairTunes2 plugin - Airtunes on your LMS
I am trying to install this on a libreelec LMS docker installation but when I enter the repo and submit from within LMS plugin settings, I get an error saying redirect exceeded. Libreelec does not have commands like apt get etc, so I cannot install the dependencies. Do you see any hope for me? Would love to have airplay! extremeaudio's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=64152 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103783 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

[SlimDevices: Plugins] Syncing Philips Hue Lights with music : plugin needed.
Hello, I have Hue Lights and I actually I use my smartphone with apps like "Hue Disco" or "Hue Pro" to sync thous lights with the music. (The Android App uses the smartphone microphone to capture the sound, and then remotes the Hue Light depending on Rythmes, Bass, Medium, treeble...) But using the smartphone has limits : - The battery is drained - There is latency between the sound is played and the light is reacting (The sound must be played before it can then be captured, calculated, and then rendered on Hue) So I beg for a developer to develop a LMS Hue plugin which would analyse the music while playing it. It would be so great !! Track image has never worked in BBCiPllayer or BBCiPlayerExtra. BBC only store track images for the last 10 tracks on a few National live streams so really it is not usable for "Listen Again". bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106409 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Ok so I have only just installed this beta version after being directed to this thread to resolve an issue I had with iplayer extra. With the live stream delay set to 2mins this seems to have resolved the breaks/ rebuffering issues I had with v 1.4.9. Playing through Booms I was getting an instant start but after about 20 seconds I would have a break of sometimes up to 60 sec before resuming ( no loss of audio). This happened at least twice before the feed stabilised and would then play all day... The only slight issue that I have now is that when using iplayer extra the program image is not displayed either against the track in Web control or on my phone using Squeeze Ctrl. Image displays in Iplayer and all other music - just not in extra. Not an major issue but for completeness would be nice. BPA - Thanks for continuing to keep both iplayer and extra working - so that we can all still use LMS to it full - much appreciated. Would love to see some logics to avoid stuff like that ;) Do you think TBH I am almost surprised by how simplistic I implemented this: it's only comparing URLs. Therefore yes, if you have the same song on two different albums, you might end up with duplicate songs. I'll have to review that. it's possible to add an option like "don't play songs played in the last X days" like it was in the smartmix plugin? I don't want to go there. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] LastMix - Another mixer to feedDon't Stop The Music
He Michael! Thanks for your plugin, I've been using it for several months now without any technical problems. Right now I'm using 1.1.5 with the local music only option. What happened several times now: - The same song was added twice in a row! Possible that it was different versions but at least artist and title were exactly the same. - Songs from the original playlist were added again. So I have an album with 10 songs. LastMix automatically adds two new songs and after that random tracks from the same album again. After four more other songs there is one already played song again. Would love to see some logics to avoid stuff like that ;) Do you think it's possible to add an option like "don't play songs played in the last X days" like it was in the smartmix plugin? onkelandy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=64477 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105915 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] BBCiPlayer V1.5.2 beta test
Apologies as I'm coming a bit late to this thread but I installed 1.5.2 a couple of days ago and it's been working a treat via squeezelite, both on my Linux desktop and my piCorePlayer. But last night I was listening to 4Extra live streaming on my Boom which is the first time I've used it since going to 1.5.2 and I was getting very short drop outs in the audio. I've just search through this thread and I can't see anyone mentioning the Boom, other than in the first announcement. Has anyone tried it on a Boom and have you had any issues? Or am I investigating new ground here?
