Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] UPnP/DLNA bridge - SONOS
There have been reports of playback stopping after one song when using Spotty - so this might be a Spotty/Sync issue rather than a UPnP/Sonos one. Probably best to join in on one of the related Spotty threads where mherger is active. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
I think I figured this out. I think it's an LMS 8.0.0 feature/Issue? In LMS, if I play the playlist from the Qobuz App, it plays as flac. If I play the playlist from the LMS Playlist Menu it plays as mp3. I got confused when the playlist appeared in my LMS Playlist menu and didn't notice it now has two appearances in LMS. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
It happens from time to time that albums I have put in favorites don't play anymore, but on all devices - also in the native Qobuz App. Example: Nothing like to Sun (from Sting). Haha... I don't have a Qobuz collection, as I'm not using Qobuz myself. But this very album has been annoying me with similar issues on eg. TIDAL, too (where I don't have a real collection either). It actually showed me some issues in my TIDAL implementation which lead to "infinite scanning", as album was still listed as in my collection, but would not be imported, as it wasn't playable any more... This seems to be a problem not unique to Qobuz. And nothing I can fix myself. Spotify does have some kind of re-direct feature where they would point to alternative tracks. But that's nothing I've seen with others. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.8.x - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Hi In Spotify in the Artists tab, under an artist, I only see my liked songs for each album. Under Albums tab I only see albums where all songs are liked. This is how Ive setup Spotify behaviour for my old fashioned way of looking at my music! In Spotty under Albums I see the aforementioned Spotify albums. In Spotty under Artists if I choose an artist with an Album in Spotify then the first choice, in the subsequent options list, is Albums and choosing this then displays the album that is listed in Spotify under Albums. It does not however show the other albums where not all songs are liked and this is my issue. Is this the expected behaviour? Probably the same issue is where I choose an artist that does not have any albums in Spotify under Albums then the Artists option is not displayed in Spotty, the first option being Top Tracks. Sorry I realise the above sounds complicated but Ive tried to explain as best I can. If you can decipher the above and can help with suggestions in either Spotify or Spotty to resolve my issue then Id be very grateful. What is the intention of " and automatically check for changes"? Is this feature already implemented and working? I am checking out the new "online library plugin" and came to following question: What is the intention of " and automatically check for changes"? Is this feature already implemented and working? My hope is that this feature will correct pathes in Qobuz which have been changed by the platform provider. My experience is that Qobuz is changing pathes making the older one kind of inactive (and then marked with an *). I have installed LMS8 on a test device and have also installed the test version of the Qobuz plugin. So far so go. What do I have to do to get the library integration? Any additional settings? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Squeezelite-X
Hi Greg. For Material 1.4.0 I changed the mini-browser so that it is launched per player (actually it launches a new instance but of reduced height so certain elements are hidden). This is accessed next to the power button in the player menu. This works for me in normal browsers, but I've had a report that it does not work with Squeezelite-X. Can you look into this? Might be something I'm doing wrong - but I have no windows install to check with. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/mobile?auto=false=json 2. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Are there new features compared to v1.532? if you want to use the library integration (Qobuz albums would be shown in the same menus as your locally stored albums), you'd need LMS8 and the test version of the Qobuz plugin (add http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins/test.xml to the list of repositories). Please note that LMS8 is under development. It does work now, but might be broken tonight :-). If you're willing to take the risk, go ahead. Otherwise you better stick with 7.9. The new version only has this new support for LMS8. No other new features. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
