When starting the server, I noticed that Behaviornew has been changed such that it initializes the instance immediately. The current Swiki code does not expect this, so I changed some new-sends to basicNew. Now, I have the code running in 3.7. Can you send me which ones you changed so that I can fix it in the release. In the end I want to get a new stripped image running Swiki only. Is there some script to run to make this happen? Actually, there is no real stripped image. All I did was not to distribute the changes and sources file (change preferences so that squeak doesn't mind). So, that's all you need to do. In the past, I have created a smaller image, but that's a decent amount of work. I would usually find bugs in that image later on, so I'm a bit hesitant to do that. Peace and Luck! Re: [pws] swiki browser accept
You're right. You can't save anymore in the pre-packaged download. This is due to a change in Squeak and is annoying. What you will have to do is download the sources download and file it into a new Squeak. Then, you can make changes. http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/swiki/39 Peace and Luck! In particular the option to serve images by another webserver speeds up the loading of pages. Because I made some changes and additions to action/templates etc, I was planning to re-insert them all again. Unfortunately, the templates cannot be accepted by the Swiki Browser because it finds that the {request} is an undeclared var. Same problems with templates that use shelf. I am using the pre-packaged version of Swiki 1.4 Any help is appreciated. ^Ernest Free Webmail courtesy of http://www.444.net/ ___ Pws mailing list Pws@cc.gatech.edu https://mailman.cc.gatech.edu/mailman/listinfo/pws -- Jochen Je77 Rick, PhD Candidate, Georgia Tech College of Computing [EMAIL PROTECTED], http://www.je77.com/, work: 404-385-1105 ___ Pws mailing list Pws@cc.gatech.edu https://mailman.cc.gatech.edu/mailman/listinfo/pws
