That's a missing or malformed DKIM record. As yahoo.com and q-v-d.com are
not the same domain name it is an issue.

This explains it clearly:

There are a lot of headers but this is probably the interesting part:
(I use Gmail on my own domain)

ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.google.com;

And to answer original question, the headers are intact and show it
passing through yahoo.com SMTP server so its route matches its From:
address.

If you look at the headers your spam filter should tell you why it
selected an email as spam.

If I understood correctly, it ended in a local spambox, after going

That's not sure, because the yahoo address remains in the "From"

The easiest explanation is that Peter will be online in just over 1 hour

On my original QL, with or without GC, they increment together, 1:1.

OK, i'm going out on a limb there.
That's probably because the emulator you use is so much faster.
So the loop gets called much more often, but the keys are only input into
the machine at normal speed (probably every 50th of a second?).
Moreover, the QL will probably generate an interrupt for every key pressed,
wheres again, the emulator probably will only generate an interrupt every
50th of a second (guessing here).

 Wolfgang

That does seem to be what's going on, yes. I believe the keyboard
buffer gets updated every 1/15th of a second, and that even the Gold
Card isn't fast enough to do all the calculations and check the
buffer.

That being said, it's still a wrong behavior in the sense that
INKEY$ is not like INPUT but is more like KEYROW - both should
instantaneously check if a key is pressed and report if so. Just a
curiosity of the way the IS interacts with the hardware, I guess. :)

A good thing to know, though. *scribbles in Book Of Ql Weirdnesses!

Unlike KEYROW INKEY$ does NOT check the current keyboard status, it
just gets the next byte out of the input buffer of the given channel.
The only difference to BGET is that it returns the result as a string.
The key press could have happened 5 minutes ago for all it's worth.

Hi,

If I create a REPeat loop thus:

100 Frame=0 : Keypress=0
110 REPEAT loop
120 a$=INKEY$
130 Frame=Frame+1
140 IF a$ THEN Keypress=Keypress+1
150 AT 0,0 : PRINT Frame, Keypress
160 END REPeat loop

...I reasonably expect that when a key is pressed, the Keypress value
will increase in step with the Frame value (every time the loop
repeats, a keypress is detected) but no. I can type run, and hold down
the enter key, and Frame will increment 55 times for each detected
Keypress. It seems INKEY$ is limited to approx 15 keyboard scans/sec.
On my original QL, with or without GC, they increment together, 1:1.

OK, i'm going out on a limb there.
That's probably because the emulator you use is so much faster.
So the loop gets called much more often, but the keys are only input
into the machine at normal speed (probably every 50th of a second?).
Moreover, the QL will probably generate an interrupt for every key
pressed, wheres again, the emulator probably will only generate an

Sounds to me like you have a table going corrupt. Could be down to a bad
bit of disc? Especially if it's the same table each time.

I'd be thinking of shutting down, taking a backup, and recreating the
table (at the very minimum) and reloading it again from the backup -
assuming MySql lets you do that - I'm more of a Firebird and Oracle man
myself!

Have fun.

DIV and MOD work on 16-bit values in SuperBASIC, 32 bit in SBASIC.

Umm, not sure what you mean by FP version of DIV - by definition it works on
integer values.

Nearest equivalent to x DIV y would be INT(x/y) but this would also be
limited to a 32 bit value on both SuperBASIC and SBASIC.

Might be possible to use the TK2 functions FDEC$, IDEC$ and CDEC$ (section
13.2 of TK2 manual) to work around these limits, but I don't know if they
are limited to any particular length of number or integer value.

QDOS has problems with the extreme negative values of integers when using
INPUT.

This text is quoted from Simon Goodwin's ROM bugs articles in QL World:

INTEGER INPUT BUG
A sometimes annoying bug in all QL ROMs: Integers - whole
number values, stored in variables with a per cent sign at the end of their
names -
can have values between -32768 and 32767. The statement X%=-32768 works
fine, but

X%=-32769 gives an error, as you might expect.
However you can't INPUT a value of -32768. If you try you get an 'error in
expression' report, because the QL works out the value of the digits before
it
sorts out the sign, plus or minus - and +32768 is not a valid integer. QDOS
uses
the same code to convert values from all devices, so the bug is present
whether

you're INPUT comes from the keyboard or a file.
This is really just sloppy coding on the part of the ROM authors, who seem
to have
a lot of trouble with the value -32768. Last year I pointed out the weird
results

you can get using that value with the integer DIV and MOD operators.

It's an APP for the Iphone/ipod/ipad and probably Android devices that lets you
connect to forums, moderate, chat, etc.

I use it extensively as I'm a forum mod for OldnRubbish (a gaming site for Old
Rubbish online players who are sick of ninja teenagers),
Formed in 2007 so it's mearly a child as a community, same rules apply, we
chat, we meet up, same old same old :)

Sadly, this is off topic for the QL, but you did ask ;)

If you email *Robert Heaton **r...@robheaton.co.uk* he can create the
account for you manually. He would probably also like to know about your
problem registering :)

When I first heard about the QL Forum I was afraid it might fail
because unlike the QL Users mailing list you can't just sit back and
wait for the messages to land in your inbox! You have to actively log
in and read.

Actually, that wasn't quite right because it supports RSS - I usually
just go to qlforum.co.uk and click FEEDS in my browser (can't remember
what it's called in Firefox) . That way I get a feed (a fairly long
listing of the text of the posts) which I can quickly read and if I
want to post a reply I can login to do so. And the FEEDS can give you
either all postings or just the new ones since you last visited.

When I was on earlier today I noticed the list of people on included
some bots. Looks like the Forum is actively letting the search engines
find it and process the postings. If I'm right on this, it means that
the search engines will respond to people searching for things
relating to QL which happen to have been discussed, which is good
because more and more people use forums and the information will be
out there for people to find and hopefully more and more will find the
QL still exists and hopefully either become new or returnign visitors
as we have seen a few examples of here in the last year.

What we need now is more and more ideas like this on how to reach out
to people to attract them to, or back to, the QL.

I've noticed that the little QL-specific search engine on my home page
gets a fair bit of use, so there are people out there looking for
information.
