Could you use real slow pulse width modulation to do what you want? Are
you trying to limit energy, power or volume delivered? If you've got the
Cu 200, you could put a timer on the float switch contacts that cycle it on
and off.

[RE-wrenches] Outback AGM cell R

2016-07-01 Thread Jeff Oldham
Has anyone R a single cell from an Outback AGM 2 cell can? The manual speaks
to being careful to not let one slide out so that is encouraging, but I'm
concerned about putting it back in. Do they have any tendency to bulge and make
it difficult to replace? I have an extremely tight, steep and nearly
inaccessible existing battery location that is not conducive to battery
relocation or any reasonable rigging to handle 200# 2) cell cans. I hope a
fellow Wrench has had to deal as I cannot get any answers from the manu. Thanks
and have a fun and safe holiday weekend!

I'd suggest a valve restrictor or perhaps a ball valve that you can adjust
over time till you achieve your correct flow rate while making sure your
well is able to recover.

Wrenches
Make an artificial head by a valve to reduce flow on the outlet side, it might
increase watt demand. They will voltage compensate so reducing volts will not
do it. I have to ask why thats a problem anyway, the pump will turn off if the
level gets to low anyway.

Hi All,

Any trick methods to keep a SQflex running on AC power at a given flow rate
that is less than full power?

I’ve got a well that is just on 1 gpm, around 150’ lift.

the sqflex 3-2 will do it, but at 3gpm with full watts, an amazing 265 watts.
