Dear All, I have installed new RB server 1.6.9 and did all the configurations, but while posting review request i am getting below error message. posting review request... There was an error creating this review request. The repository path localhost:1666 is not in the list of known repositories on the server. Ask the administrator to add this repository to the Review Board server. Thanks for the quick response. I don't see anything going to our mail server and nothing in the RB log. Is there a way to see something in the log that shows it tried to send the emails? We show when there's an error, but not when a mail was sent. Can you describe your setup more? What SMTP server are you using, and is it on the same machine? What action are you performing where you expect e-mails to be sent? Are the recipients on mailing lists, or individuals? Gmail/Yahoo/etc, or company e-mail? When MySQL is running, there should be a socket file. Can you look to see if /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock exists? If not, check /etc/my.cnf and see if it has a socket= line that points to a socket file. What does your DATABASES setting look like in $rbsitedir/conf/settings_local.py? (I don't need the username or password parts.) post-review failing from post-commit hook, but not when run manually
Hey, I can run the command: post-review -p --repository-url=file:///home/svn/repos/project --revision-range=$PREV:$REV --server=http://192.168.0.55 --username='rbcommit' --password='pwd' --submit-as=user --debug --summary=$LOG1 /var/log/test.out just fine manually, but when it runs from the post-commit hook it is giving me the following output: RBTools 0.4.1 Home = No supported repository could be accessed at the supplied url. I assume this is a path or other environment error? Christian, Email works now. We use zimbra for mail and it allows relays. Have also configured exim locally and did a telnet localhost 25 to test it. It works so I set this: Mail Server: localhost port: 25 No username and password After I publish a review, I do see an email. I was hoping that I get email notifications after I create a draft review via post-review but it seems like emails are only sent when you make a publish action.
