*Job Responsibilities:*

· Inculcate agile mindset within the team as well as organization
through interactions and Coaching

· Should have good understanding of the major agile frameworks
(SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)

· Should be able to assess the Maturity level of the teams and
organization, and coach the team(s) to the next higher level of maturity

· Assess the progress level, identify impediments, organize
coaching sessions at team and organizational level

· Act as a change agent in bringing agility in thought process
thereby improving agile practices and delivering Quality Product Increment

· Ability to lead Organizational Release Trains, Assist / perform
role of RTE / Ability of leading PI planning

· Should be highly proficient in process knowledge, methodologies
and People skills to influence teams to create a working environment

· Support implementation of Scrum ceremonies ensuring full teams
engagement.

· Support Product Owner on creating the vision for the product.

· Establish a Constructive working relationship with the Product
Owner, Development team, Stakeholders and Sponsors

· Identify people within the organization who could actively
contribute to the execution of the new processes and practices

· Facilitates the efforts of multiple teams and the greater
organization to employ Agile practices that maximize product delivery and
value.

· Train and coaches all scrum team members, clarifying roles and
responsibilities and offering motivation and support, as necessary.

· Sets up an Agile COE within the organization to promote the Agile
best practices

· Engage the Leadership team for Agile Adoption

· Knowledge of TDD, BDD, DevOps

· Knowledge of Tools like JIRA / TFS / Rally / Version One



*Minimum Qualification*

· Minimum 10 years of IT experience of working on software
development projects in any capacity

· Worked as Scrum Master for atleast 2 years

· Worked as an Agile Coach for atleast 2 years

· Led atleast 2 Agile Release Trains using SAFe 4.0 and above

· Agile certifications



*Preferred Qualification*

· Worked in atleast 2-3 different Agile environment/organizations

· Worked in Distributed Agile environments

· Help team on the estimating of the user stories and prepare them
for the same

· Provide capacity calculator template for the team

· Provide the common tasking codes for the team for better tracking
on technical front

*Overview:*

The Agile Coach will coach, support and mentor product teams including
Scrum Masters Product Owners, Technical Leads, etc by providing expert
knowledge in Agile methods and championing teams to adopt and
implementation of Agile practices. Acts as a change agent who helps
articulate leadership vision and transformation goals while providing
leadership on removing impediments to Agile success and provides coaching
of mindset shifts in the journey to Agile. Designs, develops and
facilitates training of Agile practices to assigned teams. Performs
evaluations, and reviews of processes and methodologies. Identifies
strengths and continuous improvement recommendations of existing processes



*Responsibilities:*

• Evaluate current processes and assist teams in identifying waste,
impediments and experiments towards future improvement

• Provide thought leadership in Agile and DevOps transformation

• Train and guide teams, managers, stakeholders and executives to implement
Agile development approaches

• Foster collaboration, autonomous, self-organizing, empowered and
continuously improving teams

• Coach and mentor at all levels the transformation to an Agile,
continuously adapting organization

• Monitor, measure, and report on progress of Agile adoption and promote
continuous improvement to help teams increase velocity

• Help teams identify impediments and waste and creates solutions to remove

Qualifications:

• Experience with transitioning software teams to an agile framework

• Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation,
situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement,
empowerment, and increasing transparency

• Understand and address business drivers for an Agile transformation

• Experience as professional coach, facilitator, mentor, trainer and change
agent.

• Strong presence, drive for results, attention to relevant details and
collaborative attitude

• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices with the ability to
instill that knowledge at all levels of the organization

• Ability to read team and organizational culture and know how to shape or
leverage it to move towards agility

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Senior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and
shape command and control behaviors into Agile leadership behaviors

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing
environment

• Able to articulate and promote the value of DevOps concepts and technical
practices

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in science or technology or business-related
field

• Agile Certification, such as CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP or similar

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Product
Owner on an agile team

• At least 4 years of experience successfully leading large-scale Agile
transformations with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean or Kanban

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP development teams

• People management experience

• Experience with Organizational Change, Organizational Design and Change
Management frameworks

• Management experience at medium to large enterprise company and/or
manager at solution based professional services firm

• Advanced Agile Certification, such as CSP, SPC, LeSS
