Hi, I did check it out, but it seems there's no and or maven build file... Since there's a build.properties, I'm guessing you forgot to put it there. Ricardo, murphee has been working on a plugin that adds JRuby specific extensions for RDT - and part of that is to provide a JRuby VM/interpreter type that should allow debugging. I'm not sure of his status on that work...
