The client is in the midst of a 3 ½ year PeopleSoft Project in which they
are upgrading 3 different releases of PeopleSoft to 9.1. FI (8.4 -9.1),
EPM(8.8-9.1) and HCM (8.9-9.1). Their internal business team is overloaded
and they are looking to bring on 3 PeopleSoft FI Business Analysts/Testers
to help support UAT for FI. These consultants will be responsible for
creating and writing test scripts for the business and executing the test
scripts as well as being responsible for working on the financial data
conversion and data validation. This resource will NOT be performing any
configuration but may be asked to review and validate configuration. They
use HP QC for their testing tool.



*There are 3 testing roles and manager wants to make sure all areas are
covered below are their pain points with FI:*

*GL, KK, AM, CM, DM, AR, Billing, ESA and AP/ePro…they will take candidates
who have a mix so please include in your MOATS which FI modules your K has
worked with. *

The client is in the midst of a 3 ½ year PeopleSoft Project in which they
are upgrading 3 different releases of PeopleSoft to 9.1. FI (8.4 -9.1),
EPM(8.8-9.1) and HCM (8.9-9.1). They are looking for a PeopleSoft Technical
consultant with experience working on PeopleSoft Security and Data
Conversion. They will be responsible for the below tasks:



· Analyze role to task mapping requirements to cover all roles to
be implemented

· Prepare unit test scripts and execute testing to validate
application security setup for each roles

· Setup all end users with the ad-hoc application security profile

· Monitor and control / validate test results of the UAT testing in
regards to the application security testing and follow-up on open issues

· Work with IT team, PM and contractor to resolve UAT reported
defects in regards to the application security

· Perform any changes required to the current application security
setup and document the changes.

· Provide help as required with the conversion of the data from
PeopleSoft 8.4 to 9.1 FSCM.

· Identify and gather non-PeopleSoft data and input data in
specified format

· Other duties as assigned

· Ensures and validates all necessary controls, audits and testing
prior to project for go-live.

   software.


*Qualifications* BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or
experience.

   - 5 to 7 years of Experience implementing Oracle Applications and
   supporting 3rd party technologies.
   - Ability to use innovative problem-solving approaches to proactively
   tackle a broad range of problems, regardless of the technologies, develop
   appropriate recommendations and deliver complete project lifecycle
   methodology end to end.
   - Ability to create and present Oracle AIM documents like RD030 MD50s 
   BR100s etc.
   - Ability to independently configure Oracle Application modules.
   - Ability to identify strategic and tactical changes to enable customer
   to leverage available technologies appropriately (e.g. develops a clear
   business case).
   - Ability to apply cost/risk/benefit principles in advocating for best
   approaches to process improvement for business partners (e.g., technical
   and non-technical).
   - Ability to apply an in-depth understanding of business processes to
   define potential improvement strategies for Enterprise IT to implement.
   - A strong understanding of all financial modules of oracle applications
   and multiple implementations are required for this position.
