CSDistilled Water
I have always tested my water with my TDS meter, I have found some that would give you a reading. Normally reading is 0 any thing else I do not use. I bought a Love distiller for $100 but found it works best for me if I only distill 3 Qts water at a time. Bob

For a week now I've been trying a mix of CS and DMSO (70-30 ratio respectivly). I've been using it as a compress on the moles for about 15-20 minutes, once a day. I realize results may be different in each case but I wanted to inquire about any of your experiences with such procedure. So far I have noticed no reaction whatsoever. I'm using a 99% DMSO, and a 22ppm CS. I've seen CS available in my area up to 2100ppm. Would you recommend such concentration to be more effective? Another realted question though... I'm also using a clensing clay every day (drinking it dissolved in water) It flushes out all impurities from the body, including metals. Would that somehow clash with CS being applied on the skin surface and reduce its capabilities?? thank you -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. RE: CSRoot Canals
I reject the notion that root canaled teeth should be pulled. I know from personal experience that root canaled and/or crowned teeth can get infections later, and that these infections can be quickly dispatched with Oil of Oregano and DMSO combined; they can be more slowly dispatched with only Oil of Oregano. CSHow To Use Colloidal Silver
How To Use Colloidal Silver Do not drink directly out of the CS bottle, or add things directly to the CS bottle! Pour the CS into your mouth or another container. If you have never used CS before, start slowly and increase the dose over a period of time. 1. Very few people are allergic to silver. To test, place several drops of CS on your tongue. Monitor for allergic reactions for up to ½ hour. 2. Place 1 tsp CS in your mouth. Swish it around for 2 minutes, then spit it out. Start out with only one or two doses a day. 3. Increase dose to 1 Tbs CS at a time. Swish it in mouth for 2 to 5 minutes, then spit it out. Later, if you want, you can swallow this. Swallowing CS is most effective on an empty stomach. You can repeat every ½ hour as long as you are not experiencing a healing reaction. CS is strong and effective if used properly. CS is only effective while it is actually contacting bacteria, etc. It doesn't linger. CS only acts for a short time in the body. Therefore, divided doses taken over a period of time make it more effective. Prophylactic dose: 1 tsp to 1 Tbs taken once or twice a day. Swish in mouth for 2 minutes and then swallow or spit it out. Colds: Spray CS in eyes and nose. Use as you would use a nasal spray. Most effective when used at first sign of a cold. Repeat treatment every ½ hour for best results. Established Colds: Spray in eyes and nose. Swish 1 Tbs in mouth for 2 to 5 minutes. Repeat every ½ hour or as often as you wish. Sore Throat/Bronchitis: Take as above for Established Colds. Let the CS trickle slowly down the throat over a period of time. Spray CS into the back of the mouth while breathing in. Repeat every ½ hour. Ears: Fill ear canal with CS for 2 to 5 minutes. Can mix with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide at any ratio * try ½ CS and ½ Hydrogen Peroxide. Some people recommend Hydrogen Peroxide or ½ CS and ½ Hydrogen Peroxide in the ear canals for colds. Leave in until the bubbling stops. Eyes: Spray or use drops in the eyes for colds or infections such as Pinkeye. Repeat several times. Nose: Remove the top from a saline or nasal spray bottle and dump out the contents. Rinse 3 times with distilled water or a little CS. Fill half way with CS and use as a nasal spray. Mouth: Use 1 Tbs as you would a mouthwash (2 to 5 minutes) and then spit out. For more severe gum problems you can add either an equal amount of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to the CS, or 2 parts DMSO to 8 parts CS. (Don't add Hydrogen Peroxide and DMSO to the same mix.) Both Hydrogen Peroxide and DMSO taste horrible, but the results can be worth it. Do not swallow. Cuts or infections: Saturate clean gauze, cotton, or cloth with CS. Place this over the wound for as long as necessary. Keep wet with CS. Change as necessary. Hydrogen Peroxide will help CS penetrate mucus, etc. 10 to 20% DMSO will help it absorb into the skin for deeper penetration. It is possible to heal the surface of a wound and still leave infection underneath for deep wounds. Make sure it penetrates. Use CS orally too. Burns: Silver is used to treat severe burns. Treat as for Cuts or Infections above. Seek medical attention if badly burned. Food Poisoning: Drink ½ to 1 cup of CS in one dose. Repeat if necessary. Maximum Dose: Many people have taken 1 pint to 1 quart of 5 to 20 ppm CS daily without problems. There is no concern with taking ¼ cup (4 Tbs) for long periods of time, or up to ½ cup (8 Tbs) for shorter periods. Note: Colloidal Silver (CS) as used here refers to 5 to 20ppm silver ions and particles liberated by electricity in pure distilled water without salt or other additives. Very good and inexpensive CS can be made at home. Stay away from commercial silver products with very high ppms and those made with silver compounds or silver proteins. -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. CSColloidal Silver Usage Instructions
I run into a problem whenever I recommend that someone consider trying Colloidal Silver because it seems to be very complicated to describe how to use it. I believe this is because we tend to use it a bit differently for different conditions so as to deliver the silver to the proper area in the most efficient manner. Plus, there are special instructions for someone starting to use it for the first time. With this in mind, I have written up a one-page description on How To Use Colloidal Silver. This is a somewhat simplified yet, hopefully, comprehensive set of instructions for using CS. I have just posted this to the list. The original is a Microsoft Word document made to fit on one page and includes some minor formatting, mainly certain areas of BOLD print which make certain things stand out and draw your attention to certain things. If anyone would like the Word document just send me a message (off-list please) and I will send it to you. Re: CSColloidal Silver Usage Instructions
I'm glad I didn't know the right way to take EIS when I first started on it or I might have given up on it. I just started to swallow a Tbsp. at a time when I was buying it, and drinking larger amount at a time after I started making it on my SG6. Over the last 3 1/2 years I have made it for in the neighborhood of 30 people who bring me their DW to brew for them ( 7 are kids and grandkids who are exempted from supplying their water) Not a one of us has had the slightest reaction. It is a good idea to warn about easing up on consumption should one have a herx reaction, but it should be pointed out that this reaction is not limited to EIS but to any therapeutic product or protocol you may use or follow. My concern is that if its use isn't simple, the imagination will create a problem. Hey R- MSM in a CS mixture will also go rancid, but I haven't yet seen mold grow in it. I find it overly drying and irritating, and have not had any positive nasal effect from it that I couldn't get with MSM, which is much milder. Salt- now there's an idea, why didn't I think of that? Surely it would make the solution more nasal-friendly and inhibit mold for at least a few days. I'll have to try that. Re: CShome-made CS - distilled water source
You did help me with this a couple years or more ago. There is something in the water here that does not distill out easily. .4uS double distilled water makes perfect CS, .4uS single distilled does not, except when the river that is the source of the town water is very high. You helped me go through and take readings during making several batches of CS, and consider several other possibilities. The only thing that came up is it had to be the water, and it was. You also tested some DW for me, too. So basically I now do what I need to do, and everything is perfectly consistent and repeatable. I can make fine CS with higher uS water if the ppm is kept very low, but I prefer my CS to be 10-15 ppm as that is what works best for me. I have experimented with low ppm CS several times, and just don't get the same results as other people report from it. sol Robert Berger wrote: Sol, if you can't marke good EIS with as PWT reading of 3.0 then your process is in trouble. Sorry to ask a silly question but what is DMSO? How do you use all this? Incidentally I have read that oil of oregano is toxic, is there any literature on its safety? I think I have a problem with a root canal and infection but the dentist says it looks intact. Apparently in the upper jaw they can give more problems when infected than in the lower jaw due to locality of nerves, blood vessels and the brain. Mine is in the lower jaw, is almost 40 years old and I simply don't get it removed because I am too much of a chicken. But it gives horrendous headaches and jaw aches which can indicate infection there so I am interested in any treatments that would work and be safe. Incidentally I have had all my amalgam fillings replaced and the root canal, with a metal spike in it is the only metal left in my face. Prior to having the amalgam out I had a continual buzzing in my head, always there and I had got used to it. After the removal of the first few fillings I had silence instead of the buzzing. It was amazing. So, how did you fix your infections please? AH On 4/5/06, ransley rans...@atmc.net wrote: I reject the notion that root canaled teeth should be pulled. Re: CSRoot Canals
Hudla Clark is not the only one who suggests all this. Many others do too. Apart from my one root filling, and my dogs, I have done all these things and my health has benefited greatly. I cannot go into a furniture store, or fabric shop without becoming very ill indeed. They are not that extreme. Our grandparents didn't have all this stuff that we have and mine were definitely healthier than I used to be before I gave up the luxuries of modern living. I make a few exceptions. My computer being one. But its titanium and not plastic. The phone is plastic, the old ones which were not don't work with the modern lines! Ah, they write books on this topic. Many on natural living, natural house design, sick building syndrome, etc. I know Hudla Clark sounds a bit way out but many of the things she suggests have been written about by others for quite a long time. Including respectable straight scientists. Basically on root canals, I wouldn't remove one unless blood tests indicated severe infection but I would not have one in the first place. I have had several teeth removed rather than have new root canal work. My father was a dentist and always advised never to have root canals in upper jaw teeth as infection there can cause serious health problems. Bottom jaw OK, top jaw not. Cheers, Annie On 4/5/06, grace1...@aol.com grace1...@aol.com wrote: I agree with you in that we don't need to have our root canal teeth removed. Hulda Clark says we should do just that, and not replace them with anything since bridges have metal in them. One way I think would work to achieve health and keep the root canals at the same time is to desensitize the person to the root canals or the offending substances in them and emanating from them (treating these as allergens). For instance, one person who was having problems stemming from mercury fillings opted to desensitize to mercury amalgam fillings (the problems ceased), without the thousands of dollars it would have cost to remove all the metal fillings and replace them with plastic composite. This can be done with NAET, or EFT. I would love to know of alternatives to extreme measures suggested by Hulda Clark in her book, A Cure for all Diseases. She says to take all the metal fillings out of the mouth, have the root canal teeth pulled, give away your pets, live in a home without foam cushioning, or new carpets, don't wear clothes with chemically treated fabrics, or eat anything that has been processed, keep the refrigerator outside the home, don't use pesticides, laundry detergents, makeup, etc. Her suggestions may go unheeded because they are so extreme. Re: CSRoot Canals
I would like to know this as well. I had a root canal last year in a lower tooth. About a month later the gum around the tooth got a little swollen. I went to the DDS who sent me to an edodonist. He said the root canal either needed to be redone or the canal itself was cracked we needed to pull the tooth. a few days later everything calmed down i have felt nothing. I went back to my DDS a couple of weeks ago she could not believe I had not had it redone. Here is my hesitation.. I have read how bad root canals are. I just don't know what would be better for me to do? Do I just pull the tooth, have the root canal done again (at the cost of $1400.00) or just leave it alone. Although it does not hurt at all, I worry about what a low grade infection might do to me. Does swooshing with CS effect the teeth roots? - Original Message - From: AH annie.h...@gmail.com To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Thursday, April 06, 2006 1:11 AM Subject: Re: CSRoot Canals Sorry to ask a silly question but what is DMSO?
