You are absolutely correct, Teri.  Thymol is one of the primary oils in thyme 
and is
found in the oregano plant as well.  Thyme has been used since ancient times 
for it'sculinary and medicinal properties.  Heck, I even throw a little thyme 
spice in the potwhen I cook a roast.

I was plagued with blepharitis in the eye but a few applications of VCO on my 
face and eyelids got rid of it completely - also I no longer suffer with dry

My mom uses it for eye allergy problems. Cleared the red and dry feeling up for 
her. She is using 10 ppm mixture from sovereign silver. I used to make 
minejust haven't for awhile...used a lot for Lyme disease.

I've used my Silver-Puppy-generated CS as drops in my eyes (for dry-eye) for 
years. It really helped the issue. 
Now, instead of Muro 128 (an opthalmic 5%saline drop for Fuch's endothelial 
dystrophy, I'm using 50% CS, 50% Manuka honey, with superior results in 
clearing the cloudiness of the fluid-logged corneal cells. Properly-made CS is 
a marvelous support for so many health issues. 

I'm not a doc, just an experienced Lymie lab-rat who's benefited SO much from 
researching and thinking outside the box.

If the mites in the eyebrows are from the bedding, please put your
bedding in a very hot dryer with a clean tennis shoe or balls or
something to beat them inside the dryer. This works well for ordinary
dust mites.

Burrowing mites, like bird mites, or the kind dogs get, require more
drastic treatmentbut why are they on your eyebrows.

As Nenah said, make your silverwater only with distilled.  I've never
heard of a real person (some un-substantiated hype in un-real persons)
hurting the eye using EIS in it much less to wipe the face with.

BTW, one drop of clove oil in 2 oz of carrier oil (coconut, olive,
avocado, palm, etc) will do wonders for no-see-ums on the skin.  Clears
my SIL's acne and her DH's jock itch.
