Lisa, I don't know if this is any consolation, but I, too have been suffering from severe fatigue and am only 47 y.o. I have no idea what is causing it. I use 2 tablespoons of CS per day, eat right and sleep like a baby. So, if you find out what is happening let me know and I'll do the same if I find out. I believe it has to do with Weather Modification, The Shield Project and ELF. I can't think of what else it could be, at this time. Scott, I had a similar thing and was diagnosed, by a homeopath, as having glandular fever. This probably wouldn't cause the fatigue problem to suddenly appear, but a friend told me that with sleep apnea you can sleep an entire night and don't feel like you've even been to bed. He now wears a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)mask for sleep. As with just about everything, they recommend weight loss, quitting smoking, and increased exercise. Pat __ Do You Yahoo!? hi ... I have try a many terapies and for this i recomend Reflexology in the first stage ..I`ts superior to get better more energy ... do 5-7 treatments one treatment every veek then rest the body for one or two month then do the replay then take one treatment every 2-4 weeks ..Stay of gluten product like bred ..Stay of every milk product ..very small amounts of rice and potato Look at eat for you bloodtype ...
