I have tried myself before advising :-) I am able to close it, and i do it - no problem. If you want to have someone closing yout mspaint for you you can use AutoIt - a marvellous program to work at your place. And as the page says, you don't know if you've properly clicked on the link because it takes considerably longer to load.
