I agree, great webinar. I attended the live webinar and replayed it too. I
have hoped for a long time to be able to access and utilize my Facebook
account, and I am pleased the hope may become reality! Thank you Marc and
team Window Eyes!

Now if only I could get my new Outlook 2013 Mail issues resolved!

I just tried Facebook with the new web application and. It works great, much
simplier than before. Thank you, GWMicro and Facebook for the improvements.

Missing Mail in Outlook 2013

2015-10-23 Thread Terry D. Eagle via Talk
This problem may sound strange, however, I am not receiving any e-mail in my
junk mail folder. It is not that I desire junk mail to fill any day, rather
this situation makes it impossible to retrieve wanted e-mails that is not
intended as junk mail, usually from first-time e-mail address senders.

Question:

What steps can I take to get junk mail to come to my Outlook 2013 account
junk mail folder?

Thanks in advance.

Terry

RE: WE not reading all text in office 2013

2015-10-14 Thread Terry D. Eagle via Talk
Thank you Rod for that suggestion. It helped solve some different issues I
was having with e-mail in Outlook 2013.
This talk list is a wonderful W/E tool!
I hope it also assisted Andre with his issue.

Hi Andre,

A correction to the instructions I gave.
Perhaps you should reinstall the default Factory Settings for Office 2013:
1. In the WE control panel, open the File menu, arrow down to Factory
Settings and press Enter.
2. In the list of installed set file packages, use first-letter navigation
to find Office 2013.
3. Tab over to Install and press Enter, and, when asked to replace, answer
Yes.

Good luck,

Rod

Hi Terry,

Thanks. Unfortunately, I even tried a one line document where the arrow
didn't go up and down, and WE did not read anything. It's pretty puzzling.
When I first started using office 2013, it was working, so something changed
and I'm not sure what happened.

It may be that you are arrowing down or up too fast. I have found with Word
and Outlook 2013 that there is a longer pause between text lines than
previous versions, and I was arrowing too fast. Just a thought based on my
experience.

Hi All,

I am using windows 8.1 and office 2013 with the latest version of WE 9.2.

I am having problems with windoweyes reading all of the text on the screen
in Word 2013. In the past with previous versions of office, I would
maximize the screen in outlook and word.

Now, whenever I am in outlook and word and composing a document or email,
window-eyes does not read the text accurately.

For example, if I arrow up and down the document, it will be silent
sometimes on lines and it will read text when going back to that line. As I
am typing this document, I am having difficulty with proof reading it.

I have tried the knowledge base solutions which include making sure that
word is not in protected view, installing the correct factory settings, and
performing the Window-Eyes Office Helper Add-ins fix -
http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Knowledge_Base/?kbnumber=GWKB2048.

Any help would be greatly appreciated at dr.andrewat...@comcast.net

Thanks

Outlook 201 E-mail Format Question3

2017-08-27 Thread Terry D. Eagle via Talk
I use Outlook 2013 to read e-mail.

After reinstalling Window Eyes, my e-mail messages appear in a table format,
and read table this and table that, preventing the message to be read, and
links within the message from being used.

What steps do I take to get rid of the table format for messages, and return
to a plain message format to read messages?

Thanks.

Terry
