where people have been successfully sued for this kind of stuff.

OSM servers have the 4KK IP address and by EU law, the 4KK's ISP 
provider and OSM must comply to get the data if you go that far. I bet 
the kiddo is not that smart to obscure his IP address.

"DON’T YOU FUCKING DARE MESSAGE ME"
"KILL YOURSELF"

and a number of insults:
"Fuck you bitch"
"YOU IDIOTIC JACKASS"
"YOU LITTLE SHIT"
"GO FUCK YOURSELF"

To be honest, I would just report this to OSM (even multiple times, if
