We have been able to locate the problem. It is related to TLS. Do not use TLS
in 4.2.33.8 or revert to an earlier version where everything worked.

Try it with a RAR file also. I just reinstalled the new version and sent myself
some graphics successfully. I sent myself one of my daily sends that includes a
JPG and an RAR and they came back trashed / corrupted. I HAVE to revert

If Ritlabs wants the trashed file i can send it

For what it's worth, I just sent myself a JPG, a JPEG, a PDF, and a
RAR file as attachments and they all came through OK and the RAR
 tested without any errors.

Wow - then I have no idea what is going on. I can repeat it with this release
and fix it by installing the previous release. If it makes any difference the
graphic was in line and the RAR was of course attached

No idea ... I have cleaned up, rebooted ...

I have narrowed it down to Google. With this version, sending multiple files
though a Gmail account seems to corrupt them. I tested with other providers and
this was not the case.

Can anyone verify this? Using POP send a couple of attachments to yourself via
a Gmail account and see what arrives.
Thanks

I don't have a RAR packer, but sent myself a ZIP archive and two JPGs
attached to one mail. Arrived fine.

Perhaps something in 4.2.33.8 is not interacting with Google as did previous
versions? I am feeling in the dark here. All I know is that the behavior is
repeatable and tied to version 4.2.33.8 - I have gone back and forth several
times testing
