Hello Bat people :-)

The Ritlabs download page for v5.0.14 is using a time machine in releasing the
new version with a date of July 20th 2011...

Now that's what I call forward planning..

bell. If you don't want to put the border of the stamp it will be ok,
but put something else more than only text. Check the about of
Firefox, IE or Chrome. They have text with a single image, much better

MM import?
MM - view modes are not working
MM - message list tabs are not working
MM - there are many problems with new message list pane
MM - new search bar is still buggy like it was introduced

Sure, we are willing to fix all of these issues, but please add BT
tracking numbers or better links to such statements. The reason is -
there are many unconfirmed reports on BT, so it's really difficult to
find whether a bug can be localised and fixed right away or we must
spend hours or even days trying to reproduce it...

I would agree that apart from a well-tested software, the

IMHO this holds true for each version. Especially though for this

I noticed that quoted URLs are clickable now (double left-click),

VŠ Sorry I don't exactly understand your question.

Actually, it's not a question. Due to the fact that customers (mostly
commercial users) as well as dealers complained so much about Vista,
Microsoft was not only forced to give those users the opportunity to replace
Vista with XP (without paying for XP), but also was forced to extend the
period during which XP can be sold (independently from Vista).

I don't think that ever happened before. It is almost the same as admitting
that Vista was not ready for release - or - is (temporarily?) an inferior OS.

As for Outlook:

VŠ Vista they have better Calendar, Tasks and Notes support

Outlook is, as far as Email is concerned, (by large) inferior to TB! and
other email clients. The same applies to their Calendar, Tasks and Notes
section when compared to specialized programs (TC, WinPim, Notezilla e tutti
quanti).

But one has to admit that it probably is the best suite if integration of
Email Client, Calendar,Tasks and Notes is taken into account.

We see that developers of Email Clients have introduced some PIM-functions
into their products and PIM software nowadays contains some
Email-functionality.

If they were able to integrate with one another (for instance by using (part
of) the same database), they would be able to compete with Outlook.

But perhaps there are reasons, that I, as a simple user, don't see, why that
kind of integration is difficult or even impossible.

Re: release candidate

2006-04-26 Thread Vili
Hello Vitalie,

with all the regards to everyone involved, below is the list of
changes since the last public release.

With all regards: we just had a quick conversation with Maxim in
private (I think, it is not a secret, so I can share it): it is about
the bug regarding that TB! does not send out the mails using a MAPI
account, if you send the mail when auto check is going on (the mail
will be put in the Outbox and sits there...):

I proposed this:

After the auto mail check finished, check the outbox. If there are mails to
be sent,
send them. Simple solution.
Maxim's answer:
OK.

Because it affects corporate users VERY MUCH, please include this fix
in the RC... Maybe it is a patch only, you can fix it later carefully,
but now many people needs this fix. I got many complaints about it...
I myself had 2 dud mails, I missed one proposal deadline and one
meeting because of it...

In 1.63 beta serie was introduced new format for storing folder
structure with folder templates etc., old ACCOUNT.FLX files in
account directory were changed to new ACCOUNT.FLB files. When
You upgrade from 1.62 version to 1.63 version, files are converted
automatically.

Now, there are 2 files with folder structure on disk for each account,
for 1.62 and older versions and for 1.63 and newer versions. If You
change structure in 1.63beta and then You will use 1.62 release
version, old files ACCOUNT.FLX will be used, of course without changes
You did in 1.63 beta.

Well, in consideration of the potential folder problems some of you
have described, I'll just wait a while longer for a new beta or
release to see if it remedies anything.

Thanks for your help.

Ohh... yes it scrolls too much. This one is pretty annoying
for me. Hope it'll be fixed... in final 1.54 release.

Re: Release 148 - Print Template Bug

Hello Richard,

On Sat, 16 Dec 2000 at 15:11:10 GMT -0500 (which was 12:11 PM
where I live) witnesses say Richard M. Newman typed:

Not sure how to "post" my customized (if it matters).

Just copy (CTRL-C) and paste (CTRL-V) it into the editor. For
example, here is my Print template. Mine only prints the To: line if
an address exists in the To line. Same thing for the CC and BCC
lines. Oh, and I can't reproduce the bug you mentioned. Very strange.
