Bug with Address Book Groups

Open Adress Book
Select a address book
Select a Group
Hit 3-dots-button
Select Copy
Paste into Notepad
LDIF is missing entry for Group name

That worked in 9.5.1 32bit.

Any confirms?

I am not using the latest beta, there are too many basic problems they need to

The messed up editor is certainly a beta problem and the $ is me being a
terrible typist, the format I use that does not have the font problem any more
is the one I posted, show again below. I was quite surprised to find that
changing the case made a difference. It was certainly unexpected. Maybe it was
something else, but it was the only thing I could find that was different
between 2 seemingly identical formats, the only apparent difference being the
case of the word CURSOR. If you use my format exactly as it is below, do you
still see the problem?

Registry Key
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\The Bat! mailto\shell\open\command

Put the string in file that has thebat.exe file

After installation, I had to go in an delete the folder that was used for
Version 6. However the install program did not fix the registry key. The key
is point at the last folder with the The Bat exe in it.

Just ran a test.

Mailto function does note work
The registry key is pointing to the last beta version. - 10-0-0-6/64/

Just a concern.
Every beat tries to set up a new folder in appdata, does not adjust the
registry key and keeps putting the tblauncher.exe in the programs directory..

That is really not working and I feel like we are going around in circles on
this one.

Can something be done to address this registry key issue and make sure the
program is loaded in one directory.

My thanks in advance.

Hello All,

v10 beta 8 is now available from https://beta.thebat.net/version/10

Here's a short list of changes:

[+] Birthday event is added to calendar after setting new birth date for a
contact
[*] Keep The Bat! network login validity for two days
[*] Update CEF to v99.2.14
[*] "New Contact" caption in contact creation view in the new Address Book is
automatically replaced after focusing "Name" field
[*] "Email" field is added by default in contact creation
[-] Extra characters were added upon changing the font of the highlighted text
portion
[-] Empty fields were skipped when moving between contact's properties by
keyboard
[-] "Fax" and "Cellular" contact phone numbers from old Address Book are now
shown in the new one and marked as "Legacy
[-] It was not possible to add an event attendee using only email address

Non-autoupdate versions are here:
