I am missing a quick way to show/hide the quick reply pane (a cross directly on it, something in View menu or the QR pane context menu). As I see it, it saves the user exactly one Ctrl+Enter (that starts a reply dialog today) and adds complexity & hassle. And Ritlabs manged it to never get IMAP working 100% over the years. Not many companies get this done as perfect as Ritlabs.
