Re: Vitual Folders
Hi On 18 April 2004 at 02:46 Peter Ouwehand said: AC I completely misunderstood what the Message Source AC filter was for - I assumed it was to do with where the message AC originated. Thinking about it logically though, why have that if AC you've already got a Sender filter? Well, you asked about VF-filtering on something in a msg (header). At the moment, I don't understand what you mean with 'Sender filer' Sorry, that was a rhetorical question based on my (false) assumption that Message Source is where the message originated. If that was the case, it would be redundant because there is an option to filter on Sender. Your previous reply answered my query perfectly - many thanks. Hi Richard, I just sent a test message from my wife's address, and even that was filtered into the junk folder. I therefore deleted and re-installed the plugin, but it makes no difference. Anyone else having this problem? I, for one, now have everything being filtered to the junk folder - it's my new inbox. re-enlisting G-mane
Hello all, I have been subscribing to TBUDL for quite a while now, and communicated through mail. The mail got too bulky - even the digests - so I gave up and only occasionally glanced and the message on-line. G-mane is a big improvement, but I have lost the instructions as to how to be allowed to post there. I tried posting, but my message never appeared. I guess this is because the e-mail address my newsreader shows is (for obvious reasons!) not my main address, the one I used to subscribe to TBUDL. I do not want to use my main e-mail address on usenet, so do I subscribe again to TBUDL, this time with the email address used for newsgroups? -- Regards, Ochrid _ The Bat! 2.10 Windows XP _ Current version is 2.10.01 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

I also have many config settings that are the same on each account. Pretty much the only differences end up being individual mail transport stuff.
