Same problem, I just tried it. The Bat! also looks for a txt file rather than an xml file. PGP9 now works fine with TB! I see what you mean Allie about the whole PGP program popping up just to verify a message. To get PGP9 working with TB! you need to create a text file called PGPprefs.txt In that file needs to be the path to your PGP keyring in this format, each line needs to be on one whole line: PublicKeyringFile=C:\Documents and Settings\Tony\My Documents\PGP\pubring.pkr PrivateKeyringFile=C:\Documents and Settings\Tony\My Documents\PGP\secring.skr Edit the paths to your own name obviously. File folders, USB drives, and other such things.
I've run across a bit of an oddball thing in running a home and work installation of TB! My work program stores all pertinent info and files in the main /the bat folder, while my home install stores the same files in the /mail folder. Anyone have any ideas what would cause that or what value I need to tweak to change it? Here's some background of what I'm trying to accomplish: I want to run two separate instances of TB! (home and work) but keep the message files in one location - on a USB drive stick. I think it would work if I can get both installs to look on their local /the bat folder for the required files. Maybe. If anyone has already accomplished this and has any tips I'd love to hear them! It kind of works now but every time I start up the home application it creates all the files in the USB /mail folder that my work install keeps in the main /the bat folder. I want to run two separate instances of TB! (home and work) but keep the message files in one location - on a USB drive stick. You can change the storage folder in Options - Preferences - System - Mail Directory. Otherwise you could put TB! on the USB stick itself too and run the tool DynBat to start TB!. Hello Group I'm still struggling a bit with this plugin (v 0.8.1). It seems to regard everything as spam except this list, which I've managed to whitelist. It's a pain because I am selling my first item on eBay and I'm getting some questions. Instead of going through my inbox and deleting junk I'm going through the junk folder un-deleting stuff that isn't junk :-( Any recommendations as to the best way to make it a bit less aggressive? -- Jeff Gaines Damerham Hampshire UK :Jeff_Gaines: Current version is 3.5.0.11 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
