Hi, So am I - if the messages are meant to be assigned a number based on the time they were received, I can't work out why message #1 is from 17 December, message #2 is from 13 December, MEssage #3 is from 20 December etc. Ok, I can see there is an order to the message number in that it goes from 1 to 100 or whatever, but I can't see any relationship between the message date and the number it gets assigned! -- Regards, GG Current version is 3.99.27.2 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

I'm getting the feeling the numbers are indeed in the order the server actually received them! I have a test account at myrealbox.com, where it sometimes takes days to receive a message. This messes up the creation date order of the messages. Can this be the same in your case? -- Cheers, Thomas. Der Tabellenerste kann jederzeit den Spitzenreiter schlagen. message time format
Hi all, I have special preferences about the display of date and time for my messages. For instance I like this format: Mon 14 Jan 2008 21:38. Except for today. If a message was received today I like this format (for instance): 13:17. The Bat! can do that. That's good. (It is in Preferences - Date/Time; in my case the Default message time format needs to be ddd d mmm t, and Display time for today's messages using this format is just t. I check the box.) But for some strange reason The Bat! does not remember this last option (today's format). So every day when I start The Bat! I have to fill in t again. The box stays checked. Can I do something to help The Bat! remember? Thanx in advance! -- ciao!
