Personal Delivery
Hi There. I'm looking for a feature that can send the same message or text to a list of recipients in a way that every recipient will see his name and only his name in the "TO" field. I don't want to use the BCc fiels. There are some software that can do this mail merge, Can TB do it too ? -- -- View the TBUDL archive at http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com To send a message to the list moderation team double click here: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe from TBUDL, double click here and send the message: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- You are subscribed as : archive@jab.org
Re: Personal Delivery
Hey, Thank you. This exactly what I was looking for. Thanks a million. SS I'm looking for a feature that can send the same message or text SS to a list of recipients in a way that every recipient will see his SS name and only his name in the "TO" field. I don't want to use the SS BCc fiels. You could use the mass e-mail feature. To do this, create your message as a quick template (CTRL+SHIFT+Q) and before you're finished, enable the option 'Use for New Messages/Mass Mailing'. Now open your address book and select the addresses or address group you wish to send the message to. Go to 'File | New Message Using Template', and select the QT. A separate message for each address will be created containing the QT's contents. Is this what you wish to do? - -- @~@@~@ | A.
