I have tried to update the Bios but have been unsuccessful. I have contacted Acer support for help but they answered my email stating they do not recommend I update and would give me no information as to how I can update. I have downloaded the files from their site but am unable to open them. I am afraid I do not have sufficient knowledge to proceed with this.
