I've noticed the same issue on 4.0.  Clicking OK *does* start the
upgrade but the dialog box doesn't update properly to notify you that it
is working.  The issue happens in Chrome and Opera no matter what OS I
login from.

Not sure why does it take so long in your case. In my case it just takes few 
sec. But yaniv mentioned a bug on this would be good to track it down.

versions once user clicks on 'OK' confirmation screen usually disappears 
immediately.
