Sure, just change the sogo configuration accordingly and point it to
your mail server. (read the documentation)

Also does Sogo support Activesync?

Look for sogosync.

  I am already using them. I even tried to put a few fields so maybe one
them would match and I could see anything in logs.

  These are de bind fields I am trying in one of the domains:
bindFields=(uid, cn, mail, userPassword);

  But, still, I am seeing the same bind and the same error in logs.. At
least it uses the right baseDN each time.

 For instance, currently a resource looks like this:
 uid=car05silvercaravan,ou=People,ou=Users,dc=mdah,dc=state,dc=ms,dc=us

 Instead of having it in the ou=People could I safely move it to
 something like
 uid=car05silvercaravan,ou=Resources,ou=Users,dc=mdah,dc=state,dc=ms,dc=us

Yes, you can do that.
You only have to add an entry for this new ou into your SOGoUserSources.

The Deleted Items folder can hold pretty much anything (mails, other

The problem isn't knowing which trash folder to use, but storing data
in Outlook's format. Folders and messages (emails, contacts, events,
tasks, notes) have a lot of attributes that can't be efficiently stored
on IMAP - and SOGo wouldn't know anything about them if a user would
want to look at the data.

Hi,

the guide for the customization of Thunderbird integrator said to

... change the value of the sogo-integrator.autocomplete.server.urlid
preference from defaults/preferences/site.js to match the identifier of
your SOGoUserSources.

$ defaults read sogod SOGoUserSources
sogod SOGoUserSources '(

type = sql;
userPasswordAlgorithm = md5-crypt;

The default is

pref(sogo-integrator.autocomplete.server.urlid, public);

How do I set it in my case?

Can/Must I also change

pref(calendar.timezone.local, /mozilla.org/20070129_1/America/Montreal);

 2. After updating, use the openchange_cleanup.sh script
 available in SOGo
 2. remove your Outlook profile
 3. rerun samba4

Thank you Julien for your detailed and precious indications.
Using nightly builds, which means:

and after cleaning, finally no more samba panic! I am very, very
happy, I had to install the system with 40+ clients, and I was quite

They are actually rebuilds of the packages found in debian experimental.
(the squeeze packages have some tweaks since multiarch support was

What do you see if you fetch this url with a regular browser :

Thing is the version I had installed was 10.0.3 where the updates.php
was set for 10.0.4. I am going to compare and test the 10.0.1 version
this morning as I got to looking and that was the last version that
worked right.

Looking at the 10.0.1 compared to the 10.0.3 I don't see any difference.
Does anyone have the automatic updates working and would like to share
their setup?

You showed what you see in the web server logs, but what do you see in
the browser when you visit the url in your browser? You should see

If the web server is returning the source of your updates.php then you
have a configuration error on your web server. You need to make sure you
have php installed and then loaded in apache. I'm using php5, and I have
to have these lines either directly in my httpd.conf or included (which
in my case they are) from another file:

# Load the PHP module:
LoadModule php5_module lib/httpd/modules/libphp5.so

# Tell Apache to feed all *.php files through PHP. If you'd like to
# parse PHP embedded in files with different extensions, comment out
# these lines and see the example below.
FilesMatch \.php$
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php
/FilesMatch

If you can't find them, then you will need to look for specific help for
your distribution on how to enable and configure PHP.

That's what I thought... apache+php is not installed/configured on
your server.

Exactly. Did a yum install. and it is now at least showing something
different now. Now when I pull up the
/plugins/updates.php?plugin=sogo-integra...@inverse.caversion=0.00platform=WINNT_x86-msvc
I get:

Plugin not found

So at least I am going in the right direction. Thanks!

What could be wrong? Why is this phenomen only occurring for certain users?

Auth source is ldap which is working fine with dovecot alone and with
the tb integration. Only the web interface seems to fuzz around.
