[SOGo] Problem with AS
Hi Guys, We have the weird problem with some clients of us. The problem is exists on my mobile (Android/4.4.2-EAS-1.3) and on my older daughter's mobile (4.2.2-EAS-1.3) - and doesn't exist on my wife's mobile (4.2.2-EAS-1.3 too), so I don't know, what is wrong. When I set up the AS client, the mails/contacts/calendar were synchronised correctly, but the folders were duplicated on the folder list. On my daughter's mobile the folders were multiplied (4-5-6 times), when I changed the period of synchronization. On my mobile always have max. two copies. Some times the folder-list seems as normal, but doesn't contain any mails... When they are multiplied, the first one keeps the mails, the other ones are empty. My wife hasn't this problem, and I don't know why - she hasn't any sub-folder. But my daughter and me have. This problem has existed since upgraded my system to 2.2.10 - actually we use 2.2.11a, but the problem still alive. Hi all, i've got a little trouble with Freebusy lookup in outlook 2013. We use LDAP auth and, as written here http://www.sogo.nu/fr/nc/support/faq/article/the-shared-addressbook-is-empty .html , is not possibile to see shared address book conten. I'm not able to sync outlook 2013 people with that address book, so i cannot check freebusy status of my mates. It works perfectly on web interface. What i'm doing wrong? Thank you very much Daniele Borini EDP Manager

Re: AW: [SOGo] Problem with AS
2014-12-15 17:57 keltezéssel, Thomas Fuehrer írta: You can try to delete sogo_cache_folder_username. This is what resetdevice is supposed ... but there seems to be an issue with the delete in the code. Do a refresh on the device and see whether the problem is fixed. Thanks, it works! :) What always should work is toemove the account from the device, delete sogo_cache_folder_username and after that recreate the account on the device. Truncate the table not enough (I tried that first), I needed to drop the problematic tables. They are recreated, and everything looks like OK. -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] Webserver not running and TB not working but Android is
Hi guys, I just updated SOGo a couple days ago from 2.2.10 to 2.2.11a. It seems like that since then I am having problems. I didn't realize it until today, since I mostly use it on my Android, but the web interface is not working (404) and my Thunderbird is not either. A ps -ax | grep sogo shows that there are 4 worker tasks running. The sogo.log doesn't show any errors. But there isn't a lot of output there anyways. I really don't know a lot about this and would appreciate some help how to figure out whats wrong. Thank you in advance!! Ingo -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

Do you have check your apache conf ? 404, page not found, so... A ps -ax | grep sogo shows that there are 4 worker tasks running. Check listening ports 2 from sogod (tcp6 or tcp4 ?) with netstat -anlput | grep sogo The sogo.log doesn't show any errors. If you don't have any errors/command in sogo.log, you have a problem with sogo proxy conf from apache. -- Cordialement, Maxime RUBINO -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
Re: [SOGo] Webserver not running and TB not working but Android is
OK, I got it solved! For whatever reason the line: ProxyPass /SOGo http://127.0.0.1:2/SOGo retry=0 was missing in my SOGo.conf. I have no idea why, or why it worked before without the line. However it is working now. Thank you for steering me towards the Apache! A netstat gives me: tcp0 0 127.0.0.1:2 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN but it doesn't say sogo. Also I don't get anything on myhost.com:2 I was wrong with Android, it doesn't work either. So it looks like something in my Apache is wrong. Any ideo how I can figure that out? Thanks for your help!
