[SOGo] Session Timeout

Hi,

is it possible to adjust the session timeout?

Some users are complaining that they have to relogin a little too often.

Kind regards,

It'll be implemented this month.

I think our change request targets something else: we require a _fixed_
footer/header that the user does not changed (as also described in the
offer). Christian (Reischl from Fraunhofer institute, to many Christians

is able to change anyway.

Hi Julian,

yes, you are right. Every folder can be affected. Usually I move the

It happens quite frequent to us.

[SOGo] Problem after session timeout

2013-01-31 Thread Christian Reischl

Hi,

I have a problem with the web interface that occurs since SOGo 2.0.4
(Debian Squeeze, Firefox 17.0.2).

After a session times out, the user should be redirected to the logon
page. In my case a redirect occurs, but the resulting page looks strange
and inputs aren't recognized.

I'll take a screenshot next time it happens.

Should i file a bug? Does anyone other experience this behaviour?

2012-11-01 Thread Christian Reischl
Hi,

we are experiencing this problem too.

I filed a bug about it some time ago, but had no time to supply the necessary
debug logs. I will do that soon.

Bug:
http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=1620

Similar Bug:
http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=1987

As Christian Mack wrote, the error ist often caused by a single Mail. These
evil mails usually contain attachments or were forwarded multiple times.
After deleting the specific mail in Thunderbird SOGo works like normal.

We had that one too, but only twice.
It is caused by one (!) email, which can't be processed by SOGo.

In order to fix this, you have to find the email causing this, and
 delete it with e.g. thunderbird.
Then SOGo works again as before.

We couldn't provide these emails to the developers, so they couldn't

 reproduce it yet.
Perhaps you can, this would definitely help us all :-)

I am pleased to announce sogosync, It is an unmodified Z-Push from svn
upstream (1.5.x branch) with caldav and cardav backend.

So far it is a read-only carddav and caldav and support multiple
addressbook and calendar.
I have also made the configuration easier with preconfigure file working
against http://sogo-demo.inverse.ca.
'public' addressbook are skip as they are provide by LDAP Z-push backend.
Email (IMAP) and GAL (Global Address List) support are provide by
standard Z-push backend.

It has been tested on iOS 5.0.1.

It is Open Source software released under AGPLv3 and host on Github.com.

Please feel free to feedback, contribute to the code, sponsor or donate.

Hi,

I can confirm that. It's necessary to clear the cached content of SOGo. Ctrl +
F5 does that in Firefox.

You are right, I also lost a significant amount of hair. :)

The most difficult part was to import existing certificates and keys

If I had known the Apache Proxy Solution before, I would have used it

If you're running Debian or Ubuntu, you can look into this how to for
setting up Funambol, including PostgreSQL and SSL setup:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1488582

Deals with Funambol 9, but concepts are quite similar for older,
probably newer versions.
