This is the Upgrade Plan. By clicking on Continue you confirm that you want the Upgrade Plan to be applied. And the message Installed version 6.4.1 is not valid is normal: you changed the war (so you have new XWiki APIs, v6.4.2) but the UI that is installed (the wiki pages you have in database) are using the old APIs (6.4.1). Clicking on Continue should update the UI

But if it wasn’t set, there was a warning in the logs since in that case it’ll have pointed to the temporary directory defined by the servlet container. So it could have been removed.
